集装箱港口泊位和岸桥优化调度研究

【摘要】:对于集装箱港口来说,泊位和岸桥是港口的重要资源。由于港口一旦建成更改就会耗费很大人力、物力。如何能更好的提高顾客的满意度,与改进港口的硬件设施相比更可行的办法是在原有的设施条件下通过优化各个作业环节来提高作业效率达到顾客满意度。如何在集装箱码头现有设备设施的基础上对资源进行合理配置与调度,使泊位和岸桥调度更加系统化、合理化,是集装箱码头亟待解决的普遍问题。 本文研究的主要是从三层面由浅入深的研究泊位和岸桥作业优化研究。首先是研究泊位分配问题,考虑涨落潮等现实约束对大型船舶泊位进出港口的影响对泊位分配进行研究;然后,研究泊位既定条件下的单船岸桥优化配置和调度问题。考虑了岸桥干扰等待时间和任务量均衡分配等因素,为船舶分配合理数量的作业岸桥,并规划最优作业路径;最后,在前面的研究基础上,从系统最优的角度出发,研究泊位和岸桥联合调度问题。以研究期内船舶在港时间最短为目标,考虑了现实约束条件,为到港船舶的靠泊位置和作业岸桥进行合理的分配。 对集装箱港口的泊位和岸桥的作业优化研究,建立了数学优化模型并设计相应的智能算法对数学模型进行求解,为提高集装箱港口资源的利用率、提高港口的作业效率提供了指导办法和实施意见。
[Abstract]:For container port, berth and shore bridge are important resources of port. As soon as the port is built and changed, it will cost a lot of manpower and material resources. How to improve customer satisfaction better, compared with the improvement of port hardware facilities, the more feasible way is to improve the operation efficiency to achieve customer satisfaction by optimizing the operation links under the original facility conditions. On the basis of the existing equipment and facilities of container terminal, it is a universal problem that how to allocate and dispatch resources reasonably and make berth and shore bridge dispatching more systematized and rationalized. The main research of this paper is to study berth and quayside operation optimization from three levels. First, the problem of berth allocation is studied, and the effect of the real constraints such as ebb and tide on the berth allocation of large ships in and out of the port is studied. Then, the optimal allocation and scheduling of single-ship quayside bridges under certain berth conditions are studied. Considering the factors such as the disturbance waiting time and the balanced assignment of the quayside load, this paper allocates a reasonable number of the operational quayside bridges for the ship, and plans the optimal operation path. Finally, based on the previous research, the paper starts from the point of view of the system optimization. The joint scheduling problem of berth and quayside bridge is studied. Aiming at the shortest time of the ship in port during the study period, the realistic constraint conditions are considered, and the berthing position and the operating shore bridge of the ship arriving at the port are allocated reasonably. In order to improve the utilization ratio of container port resources, a mathematical optimization model is established and a corresponding intelligent algorithm is designed to solve the optimization of container port berths and quayside operation. Improving the operational efficiency of the port provides guidance and implementation advice.
