定制公交服务的规划方法研究

【摘要】:科学合理地推出多元化新型公共交通,竭力满足城市多样化出行需求,是提升新型城市化发展品质的重要方面。定制公交服务作为多元化公共交通模式之一,是介于常规公交与私人小汽车之间的新型交通模式,以多人共同乘用交通工具的形式,通过集合个体出行需求,开辟地面客运专线或专线网络,为出行起讫点、出行时间、服务水平需求相似的人群提供量身定制的客运服务方式。这种模式出行费用高于常规公交而低于小汽车,能够提供近似或优于小汽车交通的舒适、直捷、灵活、个性化的出行服务。本文主要针对我国城市交通拥堵现状、以及城市发展现状,根据市民的出行特征,探讨了定制公交服务的定义、优势、特征以及运营要素,分析了该服务的可行性与合理性;根据其服务对象的“定制需求”,在定制组织运营要素和流程的基础上对定制公交体系的线网规划方法进行了研究;在对国内外票价现状进行分析和总结的前提下,模拟了一条线路运营情况下的合理票价确定方法;考虑该服务中包括的各个要素,提出定制公交服务的综合评价指标,以便对整个线网运营水平进行及时评价,完善、提高运营服务水平。本文在对定制公交线网模式规划的研究中,先从停靠点、线路和线网三个基本要素进行分析,再将三个层面的模式进行组合,得到点位模式、线路模式、线网模式和线网系统模式,进而具体研究分析了它们的定义、优缺点和适用性。并以北京定制公交为例,概述了规划方法在北京定制公交线网中的设计应用,还对北京线网进行了展望。本文为国内其他城市开展定制公交的研究、规划和实施提供了基本的理念和实践参考。
[Abstract]:It is an important aspect to promote the quality of the new urbanization development by introducing scientific and reasonable diversified new public transportation and striving to meet the diversified travel demand of the city. As one of the diversified modes of public transport, customized public transport service is a new mode of transportation between conventional public transport and private cars. Open up the ground passenger dedicated line or special line network to provide custom-made passenger service mode for people with similar demand for travel starting point, travel time and service level. The travel cost of this mode is higher than that of conventional bus but lower than that of car, which can provide comfortable, direct, flexible and individualized travel service which is similar to or superior to that of car traffic. According to the current situation of urban traffic congestion and urban development in China, this paper discusses the definition, advantages, characteristics and operation elements of customized public transport service according to the travel characteristics of citizens, and analyzes the feasibility and rationality of the service. According to the "customized demand" of its service object, the network planning method of customized public transportation system is studied on the basis of the operation elements and process of customized organization, and the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign fare status are carried out. This paper simulates a reasonable fare determination method under the condition of line operation, considering the various elements included in the service, puts forward the comprehensive evaluation index of customized bus service, in order to evaluate and perfect the operation level of the whole line network in a timely manner. Improve the level of operational services. In this paper, in the study of customized bus network mode planning, first from the point of call, line and line network three basic elements are analyzed, and then the three levels of mode combination, get point mode, line mode, The definition, advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the network mode and the network system mode are studied and analyzed in detail. Taking Beijing customized public transportation as an example, the design and application of planning method in Beijing customized bus network are summarized, and the prospect of Beijing bus network is also given. This paper provides a basic idea and practical reference for the research, planning and implementation of customized public transport in other cities in China.
