吸波材料在沥青路面微波热再生快速养护中的应用

【摘要】:针对沥青混凝土路面各种病害,将吸波材料直接掺入到沥青混凝土中,采用微波加热技术,实现对沥青混凝土路面的快速养护,从而提高施工效率。试验研究表明:将吸波材料应用在沥青路面微波热再生快速养护中具有以下优点:加热速度快;温度可控,不烧焦沥青;加热均匀;可及时提供热料,无须受制于拌和楼;加热深度可控,可满足不同路病对深度的要求;彻底解决弱接缝和弱接面的问题。因此将吸波材料作为添加剂直接与沥青、矿粉等均匀拌和,其热再生养护作用相比于传统微波养护更快速、更高效。
[Abstract]:Aiming at various diseases of asphalt concrete pavement, the absorbing material is directly mixed into asphalt concrete, and microwave heating technology is adopted to realize the rapid maintenance of asphalt concrete pavement, thus improving the construction efficiency. The experimental study shows that the application of microwave absorbing material in the microwave thermal regeneration of asphalt pavement has the following advantages: fast heating speed, temperature control, non-scorching asphalt, uniform heating, timely supply of hot material, no need to be restrained by mixing building; The depth of heating can be controlled, which can meet the requirements of different diseases, and solve the problem of weak joint and weak joint completely. Therefore, when the microwave absorbing material is directly mixed with asphalt and mineral powder as additive, its thermal regeneration curing effect is faster and more efficient than that of traditional microwave curing.
