基于无水港的集装箱出口流优化模型与算法研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的深入推进,世界航运业格局发生了深刻变化,国际航运市场日益出现船舶大型化、经营联盟化和运输干线网络化,加剧了港口间的竞争。剧烈的港际竞争促使海港重视与内陆地区的紧密结合,纷纷在内陆地区投资兴建无水港。无水港是沿海港口的国际物流服务功能在内陆的延伸,它的出现可以视为港口区域化、供应链管理平台化和扩展门户等物流理论的一种现实体现。无水港具有口岸功能、运输功能、物流和供应链功能、增值服务功能、保税物流功能和产业集聚功能。作为一个节点,无水港对集装箱货流组织及其路径安排产生了重要影响,现有区域集装箱运输组织和路径问题的文献很少考虑无水港的影响,尤其是忽视了其口岸功能带来的影响。 针对目前研究中的主要问题,本文从两方面开展研究:一是在全球海运物流网络中考虑无水港转运功能,构建扩展的集装箱出口流运输网络,采用最低成本战略,建立了基于无水港转运功能的内陆地区集装箱出口流优化模型,设计了基于扩展优先权编码的自适应遗传算法求解;二是在考虑无水港转运的基础上,进一步考虑其海关清关功能,建立了基于无水港口岸功能的内陆地区集装箱出口流运输网络和优化模型,模型的目标是使总成本最低,成本包括内陆运输成本、海上运输成本、无水港转运成本,,无水港和海港的清关成本,并设计进化算法求解,为提高算法的有效性,算法中集成了移民策略和领域搜索技术。利用仿真软件,本文分别对两个模型进行了算例分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the pattern of the world shipping industry has undergone profound changes. The international shipping market is increasingly becoming large-scale, the operation alliance and the network of transportation trunk lines have intensified the competition between ports. Intense interharbour competition has prompted the port to focus on its close integration with inland areas and invest in waterless ports. The waterless port is the extension of the international logistics service function of the coastal port in the inland. Its appearance can be regarded as a realistic embodiment of the logistics theory such as the port regionalization, the supply chain management platform and the extended portal. The waterless port has port function, transportation function, logistics and supply chain function, value-added service function, bonded logistics function and industrial agglomeration function. As a node, waterless ports have an important impact on container traffic organizations and their routing arrangements, and the existing literature on regional container transport organizations and routing issues rarely considers the effects of waterless ports. In particular, the impact of its port function has been neglected. In view of the main problems in the current research, this paper has carried out research from two aspects: first, considering the waterless port transshipment function in the global maritime logistics network, Based on the lowest cost strategy, the optimal model of container export flow in inland area is established, and the adaptive genetic algorithm based on extended priority coding is designed. Second, on the basis of considering the transshipment of waterless ports and further considering its customs clearance function, a container export flow transportation network and optimization model for inland areas based on the functions of waterless ports are established. The objective of the model is to minimize the total cost. The cost includes inland transportation cost, sea transportation cost, waterless transportation cost, clearance cost of waterless port and seaport, and evolutionary algorithm is designed to solve the problem. In order to improve the efficiency of the algorithm, immigration strategy and domain search technology are integrated in the algorithm. Using the simulation software, the two models are analyzed with examples.
