【摘要】：道路交通信息服务系统是智能交通运输系统的重要组成部分，是现代交通运输系统建设与管理的必然要求和发展趋势。而道路交通信息服务系统框架体系是整个系统的重要基础，设计合理的框架体系，能降低系统建设中存在的风险。论文依托陕西省交通运输厅科研项目“陕西省道路交通信息服务框架体系及关键技术”，针对现有业务系统功能落后、应用分割的现状，，对陕西省道路交通信息服务系统框架体系进行设计，主要工作如下：（1）在对道路交通信息服务系统的国内外研究现状进行分析的基础上，提出了陕西省道路交通信息服务系统框架体系设计的总体方案，包括设计目标、服务对象、技术框架和安全性设计等内容。（2）使用SWOT需求分析方法，对陕西省道路交通信息服务的需求进行了深入分析，建立了陕西省道路交通信息服务系统的SWOT模型，为框架的搭建提供理论依据。（3）分析了陕西省道路交通信息资源，并以此为基础提出了一种适用于陕西省道路交通信息服务系统的技术架构，主要包括信息采集、信息处理、信息发布和信息通信四个模块。（4）完成了陕西省道路交通信息服务系统的安全性设计，包括系统认证、权限安全、系统数据安全、系统基础设施安全、系统安全管理制度等方面。研究结果表明，本文提出的陕西省交通信息服务系统框架体系，能够有效地对道路交通信息进行收集、处理与发布，对后续陕西省道路交通信息服务综合平台的建设具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:Road traffic information service system is an important part of intelligent transportation system. It is the inevitable requirement and development trend of modern transportation system construction and management. The framework system of road traffic information service system is the important foundation of the whole system. The design of reasonable framework system can reduce the risk in the system construction. The paper relies on the research project of Shaanxi Provincial Transportation Department, "Shaanxi Province Road Traffic Information Service Framework system and key Technology", aiming at the existing business system function backward, the status quo of application segmentation. This paper designs the framework of road traffic information service system in Shaanxi Province. The main work is as follows: 1) based on the analysis of the current research situation of road traffic information service system at home and abroad, This paper puts forward the overall scheme of the framework design of the road traffic information service system in Shaanxi Province, including the design objectives, service objects, technical framework and security design, etc. The demand of road traffic information service in Shaanxi Province is deeply analyzed, and the SWOT model of Shaanxi Province road traffic information service system is established, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the framework. Based on this, a technical framework of road traffic information service system in Shaanxi Province is put forward, which mainly includes information collection and information processing. The security design of Shaanxi Road Traffic Information Service system is completed, including system authentication, authority security, system data security, system infrastructure security. System safety management system and so on. The results show that the framework system of Shaanxi Traffic Information Service system proposed in this paper can effectively collect, process and publish the road traffic information. It has guiding significance for the construction of comprehensive platform of road traffic information service in Shaanxi Province.
