湖南省普通干线公路路面养护维修预测与决策技术研究

【摘要】:随着湖南省普通干线公路事业的快速发展以及大规模的干线公路大中修建设,普通干线公路路网结构日趋合理。随着养护里程的增加,公路管理部门的养护压力日益增大,路面养护对维修决策提出了更高的要求。但由于湖南省部分普通干线公路修建年代久远,养护历史复杂,路面结构类型多样,对管理者进行科学决策造成了严重干扰。因此,为了进一步准确预测路面使用性能,确定适宜的干线公路大中修时机和路段,本文拟开展湖南省普通干线公路路面养护维修预测与决策技术研究,主要研究成果如下:(1)在全省范围内选取了地跨若干个市州辖区,且具有典型代表性的几条普通干线公路进行病害调查分析,总结归纳各类病害的分布特点,并结合湖南省养护实际分析了典型病害成因。(2)考虑到湖南省普通干线公路的线性分布广、路面破坏机理复杂、病害程度不一等特点,为克服传统的基于专家经验划分路段的局限性,本文引入模糊数学理论应用于聚类,并选取路面结构强度、平整度、抗滑性能以及路面破损作为统计指标,对养护路段进行模糊聚类划分,实现了养护路段划分的科学准确性。(3)选取了能切合湖南省普通干线公里养护实际的路面使用性能衰变预测模型。考虑到干线公路养护历史数据不足的实际情况,分别对预测模型中的参数α和β进行了修正。对α值进行修正时,考虑路面弯沉影响下的路面使用性能衰变,进行相关公式的推导,由推导分析结果修正α值;对β值的修正则采用自适应跟踪法进行修正。最后,将修正前与修正后的路面使用性能衰变曲线与路面性能实际衰变曲线进行比对分析,验证参数修正方法的可行性。(4)优化了普通干线公路路面破损状况评价指标,提出了用以判定路面大中修时机的三个指标:路面裂缝率、路面修补率、路面结构强度,建立了各单项指标的评价标准,并引入三角白化权函数对具体的路段进行聚类评估,根据聚类评估结果最终确定拟实施大中修措施的路段。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the common trunk highway in Hunan Province and the large-scale construction of the trunk highway, the network structure of the general trunk highway is becoming more and more reasonable. With the increase of maintenance mileage, the maintenance pressure of highway management department is increasing day by day. However, the construction of some ordinary trunk roads in Hunan Province is old, the maintenance history is complex, and the pavement structure types are various, which has caused serious interference to the scientific decision-making of the managers. Therefore, in order to further accurately predict the pavement performance and determine the appropriate opportunity and section of the trunk highway maintenance and repair, this paper intends to carry out the research on the maintenance, prediction and decision-making technology of the general trunk highway pavement in Hunan Province. The main research results are as follows: (1) in the whole province, several common trunk highways, which span a number of cities and prefectures, are selected for disease investigation and analysis, and the distribution characteristics of various kinds of diseases are summarized and summarized. Combined with the maintenance practice in Hunan Province, the causes of typical diseases are analyzed. (2) considering the wide linear distribution of the ordinary trunk highway in Hunan Province, the pavement failure mechanism is complex, and the degree of disease is different, etc. In order to overcome the limitation of traditional road division based on expert experience, this paper introduces fuzzy mathematics theory to cluster, and selects pavement structure strength, smoothness, skid resistance and pavement breakage as statistical indexes. The fuzzy clustering classification of the maintenance section is carried out, and the scientific accuracy of the division is realized. (3) the decay prediction model of the pavement performance is selected which can meet the maintenance practice of the ordinary trunk line in Hunan Province. In view of the fact that the historical data of trunk highway maintenance is insufficient, the parameters 伪 and 尾 in the prediction model are revised respectively. When the 伪 value is corrected, the decay of pavement performance under the influence of pavement deflection is taken into account, and the relevant formulas are derived, and the 伪 value is revised by the result of derivation and analysis, and the correction of 尾 value is modified by adaptive tracking method. Finally, the decay curve of pavement performance before and after modification is compared with the actual decay curve of pavement performance, and the feasibility of the method is verified. (4) the evaluation index of pavement damage condition of common trunk highway is optimized. This paper puts forward three indexes to judge the opportunity of pavement overhaul: pavement crack rate, pavement repair rate, pavement structure strength, establishes the evaluation standard of each single index, and introduces triangle whitening weight function to evaluate the specific road sections. According to the results of cluster evaluation, the road sections to be implemented for major and medium repair are finally determined.
