基于贝克曼梁的后插式自动弯沉检测系统研究

【摘要】:公路交通作为最主要的交通方式,其是否能运行顺畅,已影响到整个国家的经济是否能平稳向前发展,尤其是公路质量更是公路交通的基础。近年来随着我国经济平稳、迅速的发展,各级公路在建设和维护过程中,对检测环节也越来越重视。其中弯沉作为反映路面路基整体强度的一个重要指标,对其进行检测和评估也早已是公路建设和维护过程中一个必不可少的环节。目前国内外的弯沉检测仪器还主要是贝克曼梁弯沉仪和落锤弯沉仪等,这些弯沉仪虽各有优势,,但为了实现快速、准确的检测效果,必须对现有的检测装置进行改进。 本文首先对当今国内外广泛使用的弯沉检测技术进行了较为详尽的介绍。其次详细介绍一种应用了激光传感器技术的新型贝克曼梁弯沉仪。并针对这种应用了激光传感器技术的新型贝克曼梁弯沉仪,设计出一套较为合理的自动弯沉检测系统。该检测系统能实现快速检测,提高了检测的智能化,最终实现直接测量回弹弯沉的要求。本文结合实际,对检测系统的主要构件进行初步设计计算并最终选型;并对整个系统进行DSP控制,在论文最后一部分,为了使该系统在未来实际中更好的应用,针对检测系统核心部件光电贝克曼梁,进行了模态分析。
[Abstract]:As the most important way of transportation, road traffic can run smoothly, which has influenced the economy of the whole country to develop smoothly, especially the highway quality is the foundation of road traffic. In recent years, with the steady and rapid development of our country's economy, the detection links are becoming more and more heavy in the process of construction and maintenance at all levels. As an important indicator to reflect the overall strength of the pavement subgrade, the measurement and evaluation of the deflection of the pavement has long been a necessary link in the process of highway construction and maintenance. At present, the main deflection measuring instruments at home and abroad are the Backman beam deflection instrument and the drop hammer deflection instrument. To achieve fast and accurate detection results, it is necessary to improve the existing detection devices.
This paper first gives a detailed introduction to the widely used deflection detection technology at home and abroad. Secondly, a new type of Backman beam deflection instrument with laser sensor technology is introduced in detail. And a new set of more reasonable automatic deflection sinks is designed for a new type of Backman beam deflection instrument, which is applied to the laser sensor technology. The detection system can achieve rapid detection, improve the intelligence of detection, and finally realize the requirement of direct measurement of rebound deflection. This paper, combining the actual situation, carries out preliminary design calculation and final selection of the main components of the detection system, and carries out DSP control to the whole system, in the last part of the paper, in order to make the system not For better practical application, modal analysis is carried out for the photoelectric Backman beam of the core component of the detection system.
