基于GIS的高速公路交通流诱导系统的设计

【摘要】:高速公路作为连接城市的主要道路,对促进国民经济的发展起着非常重要的作用。自改革开放以来,我国的高速公路事业发展迅速。在过去的几十年里,我国高速公路通车总里程已超过美国,居世界第一位。尽管高速公路里程在不断增加,但是在高速公路管理技术上我国与西方发达国家仍有一段距离,尚难以满足经济快速发展的需要。节假日期间,车辆大量涌入高速公路,就会造成拥堵甚至堵塞,大大降低了高速公路的通行效率和安全性。因此,保持高速公路的安全与畅通,不仅关系到人们的日常出行,而且对我国经济的长远发展有非常直接的影响。通过分析国内外相关研究资料,可以发现,建立智能交通系统(Intelligent Transport System,ITS)是保护公路畅通、安全的非常有效的方式。本文基于地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)的发展现状,结合交通流诱导系统在国内外高速公路的综合经营状况,在应用地理信息系统技术的基础上,分析、设计适合我国高速公路交通流的诱导系统的框架,并对其中的一些关键问题进行了研究。在本文中,笔者使用收集到的数据进行验证,为Petri网的交通流(CPN)模式提供了理论依据,通过研究道路网络的拓扑结构,分析信息传递的原则,建立了C#和CPN模型之间的通信机制。此外,本研究还设计了应急预案,并对应急响应进行了较为深入的研究:利用开放的XML技术建立数字化应急预案,进而结合地理信息系统,做到用图文并茂的方式和互动的形式来展现应急预案。在综合研究的基础上,本文设计了基于地理信息系统的高速公路交通流诱导系统,其目的是实现信息查询的共享,展示真实的实时路况,设计最优的路线指引,从而帮助车辆更有效地利用高速道路资源,使交通运行系统更加优化。
[Abstract]:Expressway, as the main road connecting city, plays a very important role in promoting the development of national economy. Since the reform and opening up, the cause of expressway in China has developed rapidly. In the past few decades, the total mileage of freeway opening in China has surpassed that of the United States and ranked first in the world. Although highway mileage is increasing continuously, there is still a distance between China and western developed countries in highway management technology, which is still difficult to meet the needs of rapid economic development. During the holidays, a large number of vehicles pour into the freeway, which will cause congestion or even congestion, greatly reducing the efficiency and safety of the highway. Therefore, to maintain the safety and smooth of freeway is not only related to people's daily travel, but also has a very direct impact on the long-term economic development of our country. By analyzing the relevant research data at home and abroad, it can be found that the establishment of intelligent transportation system (Intelligent Transport System,ITS) is a very effective way to protect highway smooth and safe. Based on the development of (Geographic Information System,GIS (Geographic Information system), combined with the comprehensive operation of traffic flow guidance system in expressway at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the application of GIS technology. The frame of the guidance system for freeway traffic flow in China is designed, and some key problems are studied. In this paper, the author uses the collected data to verify, which provides a theoretical basis for the traffic flow (CPN) model of Petri network. By studying the topological structure of road network, the principle of information transmission is analyzed. The communication mechanism between C # and CPN model is established. In addition, this study also designs the emergency plan, and carries on the comparatively thorough research to the emergency response: using the open XML technology to establish the digitized emergency plan, and then unifies the geographic information system, Make use of picture and text of the way and interactive form to show the emergency plan. On the basis of comprehensive research, this paper designs a freeway traffic flow guidance system based on GIS. The purpose of this system is to realize the sharing of information query, to show the real time road conditions, and to design the best route guidance. Thus, it helps vehicles to make more efficient use of high-speed road resources and makes traffic operation system more optimized.
