旧沥青路面加铺及可靠性研究

【摘要】:本文以深汕高速公路大修工程为依托,开展旧沥青路面加铺罩面典型结构设计方法研究。文中建立了适用于旧沥青路面罩面结构设计的路面基层结构刚柔转换公式,并对其在实际工程中的应用进行了研究,提出了在实际应用中的路面基层结构刚柔判断方法;进行了旧沥青路面罩面结构可靠性设计方法研究并提出了基于刚柔转换理论体系的罩面结构设计;最后结合试验路长期性能观测及省内典型路面结构调查分析,提出了适合广东省气候、水文地质、交通及旧路结构情况的沥青罩面典型结构。主要研究成果如下: ①对旧路面结构进行了结构评估,以便更好的了解路面病害发展状况及现状,为罩面层结构设计提供依据;对各类病害进行了统计分析及病害等级评价。 ②研究旧沥青路面基层结构的刚柔转换标准,认为旧路基层的刚柔类型是相对于面层强度而言的,故从半刚性基层与柔性基层沥青路面结构层底弯拉应力受力模式的不同出发,回归分析得到了旧路基层结构刚柔类型的判定公式。 ③应用有限元结构分析软件建立有限元模型对路面基层结构的刚柔转换判定公式进行了理论验证,证明了刚柔转换判断公式具有非常高的可靠性。 ④研究了沥青路面的结构可靠性理论,建立了基于有限元的沥青路面结构可靠性计算方法,将可靠度纳入沥青路面及罩面结构设计中,提出了沥青路面结构设计的极限状态方程。 ⑤提出了基于刚柔转换理论体系的罩面结构设计方法,并结合具体工程实例进行了设计。 ⑥根据不同旧路强度在不同交通等级下所需加铺的罩面层数对路表弯沉进行分段,结合广东省路用材料调查及沥青路面典型结构研究成果,,提出了不同交通等级及弯沉等级下的沥青罩面典型结构图谱。
[Abstract]:Based on the overhauling project of Shenzhenshan Expressway, this paper studies the design method of overlay typical structure of old asphalt pavement. In this paper, the rigid-flexible conversion formula of pavement base structure suitable for the design of overlay structure of old asphalt pavement is established, and its application in practical engineering is studied, and the method of judging rigid flexibility of pavement base structure in practical application is put forward. The reliability design method of overlay structure of old asphalt pavement is studied, and the design of overlay structure based on rigid and flexible transfer theory system is put forward, finally, combined with the long-term performance observation of test road and the investigation and analysis of typical pavement structure in the province, The typical asphalt overlay structure suitable for climate, hydrogeology, traffic and old road structure in Guangdong Province is put forward. The main research results are as follows: 1 the structural evaluation of the old pavement structure is carried out in order to better understand the development and current situation of pavement diseases and provide the basis for the design of overlay structure; Statistical analysis and disease grade evaluation were carried out on all kinds of diseases. 2. The rigid-flexibility conversion standard of the old asphalt pavement base structure is studied. It is considered that the rigid and flexible type of the old asphalt pavement base is relative to the strength of the surface layer. Therefore, starting from the difference of the flexural and tensile stress modes of the semi-rigid base course and the flexible base asphalt pavement structure, Regression analysis obtained the determination formula of the rigid and flexible type of the old subgrade structure. 3 using the finite element structure analysis software to establish the finite element model to verify the determination formula of rigid and flexible transition of pavement base structure, it is proved that the formula of rigid and flexible conversion has very high reliability. (4) the structural reliability theory of asphalt pavement is studied, and the calculation method of structural reliability of asphalt pavement based on finite element method is established, and the reliability is incorporated into the design of asphalt pavement and overlay structure. The limit state equation of asphalt pavement structure design is put forward. 5. The design method of overlay structure based on rigid-flexible transfer theory system is put forward, and the design is carried out with concrete engineering examples. 6According to the number of overlay layers that need to be overlaid under different traffic grades with different old road strength, the road surface deflection is divided into sections, combined with the investigation of road materials used in Guangdong Province and the research results of typical structure of asphalt pavement. The typical structure atlas of asphalt overlay under different traffic grade and deflection grade is presented.
