山区陡坡地段桥梁桩基础施工的安全评价及其防护技术

【摘要】:处于山区陡坡地段的桥梁桩基础,由于受地形地势高差大、地质条件复杂多变及不合理施工等因素的影响,在施工期间难免会出现各种工程病害,直接影响工程进度,同时给施工埋下了安全隐患。目前山区陡坡桥梁桩基础没有较规范的施工标准和安全防护技术,更没有一套针对陡坡桥梁桩基础在施工期间的安全评价系统。为此,深入开展陡坡地段桥梁桩基础在施工期间的安全评价系统研究,具有较强的现实意义。本文主要研究成果为: (1)基于桥梁上部结构安全性及建筑工程施工的安全管理等方面的评价研究,详细阐述了各种评价方法的基本原理、适用范围及其优缺点,,构建了适合陡坡地段桥梁桩基础在施工期间的安全评价方法。 (2)对桩基础在施工期间所出现的各种工程病害现象进行归纳总结,并对其成因进行分析研究,为评价模型指标的选取提供参考依据。 (3)开展了陡坡地段桥梁桩基础在施工期间安全评价指标体系和模糊综合评价模型研究,通过利用层次分析法计算出各指标的权重值,采用模糊数学理论来构建其安全模糊综合评价模型。 (4)通过对其安全模糊综合评价模型进行计算,评价结果与实际工程现场情况相一致,足以说明本评价系统具有一定的合理性和可行性。 (5)根据评价结果及病害成因分析,提出具有针对性的防治措施,确保了施工进度和施工人员的安全,为处于山区地段桥梁桩基础出现的工程病害提供一套适用性防护技术。 本论文成果一方面为山区陡坡地段桥梁桩基础的施工提出一种切合实际的安全评价方法;另一方面为在施工期间出现的工程病害提供合理有效的技术依据,确保工程顺利、安全、高效完成,具有一定的工程实用价值和理论意义。
[Abstract]:The bridge pile foundation in the steep slope of mountainous area is affected by the factors such as great difference in topographic height, complex and changeable geological conditions and unreasonable construction. During the construction period, various kinds of engineering diseases will inevitably appear, which will directly affect the progress of the project. At the same time, the safety hidden danger is buried in the construction. At present, there is no standard construction standard and safety protection technology for the pile foundation of steep slope bridge in mountainous area, and there is no safety evaluation system for the pile foundation of steep slope bridge during the construction period. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the safety evaluation system of bridge pile foundation in steep slope section during construction. The main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the evaluation research on the safety of bridge superstructure and the safety management of construction, the basic principles, applicable scope, advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods are expounded in detail. The safety evaluation method of bridge pile foundation in steep slope section during construction is constructed. (2) summing up the phenomena of various engineering diseases occurring during the construction of pile foundation, and analyzing the causes of its formation, which provides a reference for the selection of evaluation model index. (3) the safety evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of bridge pile foundation in steep slope section during construction are studied, and the weight of each index is calculated by using AHP. Fuzzy mathematics theory is used to construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of safety. (4) through the calculation of its safety fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the evaluation results are consistent with the actual engineering situation, which shows that the evaluation system is reasonable and feasible. (5) according to the result of evaluation and the analysis of the cause of the disease, the paper puts forward the corresponding preventive measures to ensure the construction progress and the safety of the construction personnel, and to provide a suit of applicable protection technology for the engineering diseases of the bridge pile foundation in the mountainous area. On the one hand, this paper puts forward a practical safety evaluation method for the construction of bridge pile foundation in steep slope section in mountainous area, on the other hand, it provides a reasonable and effective technical basis for engineering diseases during construction to ensure the smooth construction of the project. It is safe and efficient, and has certain engineering practical value and theoretical significance.
