某无轴式摩天轮施工过程应力监测与分析

【摘要】:采用Midas Gen有限元分析软件对某无轴式摩天轮的施工过程进行仿真模拟计算,对工程进行工况划分,并应用对各工况"激活""钝化"的方法分析关键杆件的应力状态,对施工过程进行计算分析。为保证施工安全,为关键杆件制定专项监测方案,在安装、卸载过程中对它们进行应力监测,并将模拟计算的应力值与现场监测数据对比。对比结果表明:模拟计算的应力值与现场监测数据吻合,施工方法合理,施工过程安全可靠。
[Abstract]:The Midas Gen finite element analysis software is used to simulate and calculate the construction process of a certain shaftless Ferris wheel. The working conditions of the project are divided, and the stress state of the key member is analyzed by using the method of "activation" and "passivation" for each working condition. The construction process is calculated and analyzed. In order to ensure the safety of construction, a special monitoring scheme is made for the key members. The stress is monitored during installation and unloading, and the stress values calculated by simulation are compared with the field monitoring data. The results show that the stress calculated by the simulation is in agreement with the field monitoring data, the construction method is reasonable and the construction process is safe and reliable.
