平原地区某改线新建省道干线公路技术标准及路线总体方案研究
[Abstract]:The scientific determination of technical standard and route scheme is the key to the success or failure of the investment decision of the reconstruction project of the trunk highway. The reconstruction project of the section between the city and the Lize town of Huimin County on the S247 Lehu Line is located in the alluvial plain of the Yellow River, although the project is limited by the topography and easy to extend the line. The index combination is flexible, but the regional land resources are scarce, the road network interweaves vertically and horizontally, the villages and towns are densely distributed, the environment is sensitive, and the influencing factors are complex. On the basis of the research and analysis of the economic and social status and planning of the area affected by the project and the investigation of traffic volume 0D, the traffic volume distribution prediction is carried out, and various factors affecting the selection of technical standards and the determination of route scheme are pointed out and deeply studied. Based on the Technical Standard for Highway Engineering (JTG B01-2003) and related codes, the technical standards of highway grade, design speed, lane number, roadbed width and so on are determined. The traffic capacity and service level are analyzed and calculated, and it is predicted that all the revamped lines and sections are at the level of secondary services at the end of the period, which can meet the needs of long-term development. The research process of route scheme follows from plane to belt, from line to line, from simple to deep, from outline to concrete principle of route selection for comparison, optimization and demonstration. Firstly, according to the function and function of the project in the regional road network, combined with the urban layout and the traffic planning goal, the end point of the route is determined through the comparison of multiple schemes. Then in the technical indicators, construction scale, coordination with the development of cities and towns, economic development to promote the role of promoting, improve the road network service level and other aspects of the in-depth comparative study of a number of corridors, determine the basic direction of the route; Then, according to the turning point of the overall trend of the route and the different ways of reconstruction, taking the turning point of the route direction as the node, according to the idea of "unified standard, overall planning, section layout, specific alignment", the section optimizes the alignment. Finally, the project route scheme was determined. Through the reasonable selection of the technical standard of the project and the scientific determination of the relative optimal route scheme, it not only provides the basis for the subsequent evaluation of land use, engineering environment, social impact and safety risk, but also provides the basis for the evaluation. It also lays the foundation for the trunk highway to play an important role in regional transportation and to promote the economic development along the line and the economic belt. At the same time, it is also expected to play a certain reference role in the investment decision of highway engineering under similar conditions. What is more, it is hoped that the route selection idea of "overall planning, segmenting arrangement" can be accepted and applied by the vast number of highway planning, design practitioners.
