碎石垫层在跨海大桥超大型设置基础中的应用

【摘要】：超大型设置基础是我国目前跨海桥梁尚在研究的基础形式之一,而铺设碎石垫层则是优先考虑的水下地基处理方法,结合国外既有的超大型设置基础工程实例,着重分析了碎石垫层的三种典型用途:碎石垫层可以用来提高地基承载力、减小沉降,这是换填法的基本特点所在;形状经过特别设计的楔形碎石床可以控制地基的破坏模式,避免沿垫层与土体交界面的整体滑动;强度被有意"削弱"后的砂—卵石—碎石垫层可用作隔震层("延性构件"),在强震作用下率先屈服(产生"塑性铰"),对基础和上部结构形成保护。
[Abstract]:Super large foundation setting is one of the foundation forms of cross-sea bridge in our country at present, and laying gravel cushion is a priority method for underwater foundation treatment. Three typical uses of gravel cushion are emphatically analyzed: the gravel cushion can be used to increase the bearing capacity of the foundation and reduce the settlement, which is the basic characteristic of the replacement method; The wedge-shaped gravel bed with specially designed shape can control the failure mode of the foundation and avoid the whole sliding along the interface between the cushion and the soil. The sand-pebble-gravel cushion after its strength is deliberately "weakened" can be used as a seismic isolation layer ("ductile member"), which is the first to yield (produce "plastic hinge") under strong earthquake to protect foundation and superstructure.
