地铁特长海底隧道排水泵站设计研究

【摘要】:研究目的:地铁特长海底隧道具有长度长、埋深深、海域段跨度大、结构渗漏水量多、对运营安全尤为重要等特点,且其结构渗漏水及消防废水等均向隧道最低点汇集,对排水泵站的设计提出很高的要求。因此,研究并设计实施一套安全、高效、稳定、可靠、经济的排水泵站系统,对地铁特长海底隧道的运营安全极为重要。研究结论:结合厦门市轨道交通3~#线海底隧道工程实际情况,对其排水种类、排水方式、排水量及排水泵站设计重难点等因素进行综合分析,得出如下结论:(1)根据海底隧道工程地质条件,并结合类似工程经验,初步估算结构渗漏水量为2 500 m~3/d;(2)通过方案比选,确定分设两处排水泵站、一级提升排水系统方案,并对排水泵站设计进行简要介绍;(3)选择耐海水腐蚀性及抗压性较好的水泵及管材等,可确保排水系统及排水泵站的稳定性与安全性;(4)该研究结论对其他地铁特长海底隧道排水泵站设计具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the research is: long length, deep buried, large span of sea area, large leakage water of structure, especially important to operation safety, and its structure leakage water and firefighting waste water are collected to the lowest point of the tunnel. Put forward the very high request to the design of the drainage pump station. Therefore, the study and implementation of a set of safe, efficient, stable, reliable and economical drainage pump station system is extremely important to the operation safety of the subway super long subsea tunnel. Research conclusions: combined with the actual situation of Xiamen rail transit subsea tunnel, the drainage type, drainage mode, displacement and the design of drainage pump station are comprehensively analyzed. The conclusions are as follows: (1) according to the engineering geological conditions of the subsea tunnel and combined with the similar engineering experience, the preliminary estimation of the water leakage of the structure is 2 500 mm2 / d; (2) through the scheme comparison and selection, it is determined to set up two drainage water pump stations, the first stage upgrade drainage system scheme, and a brief introduction to the design of the drainage pump station; (3) the stability and safety of drainage system and drainage pump station can be ensured by selecting pumps and pipes with good resistance to seawater corrosion and pressure. (4) this conclusion has reference value for the design of drainage pump station of other subway subsea tunnel.
