基于多应力蠕变恢复试验的改性沥青高温性能研究

【摘要】:为了研究改性沥青在高温条件下的粘弹性能,选择3种改性沥青在不同温度下进行多应力蠕变恢复试验(MSCR)。采用Superpave性能规范的最新指标对3种改性沥青的高温性能进行评价。结果表明:在0.1 kPa时,PE改性沥青的平均恢复率R100最大,并且不随温度发生较大改变;随着温度的升高,SBS、GTR改性沥青平均恢复率减小;在3.2 kPa时,3种改性沥青的平均恢复率R3200较为接近;比较两种应力条件下的结果,在64℃、70℃时,PE改性沥青由于应力增大,平均恢复率显著下降,平均不可恢复蠕变柔量Jnr显著增大;因此,有必要考虑较大应力对改性沥青性能的影响。本试验结果与弹性恢复试验结果一致,可以考虑用MSCR代替弹性恢复试验。由于采用了较大应力的加载方式以及平均恢复率、平均不可恢复蠕变柔量等评价指标,MSCR能全面评价改性沥青的性能。
[Abstract]:In order to study the viscoelastic properties of modified asphalt at high temperature, three kinds of modified asphalt were selected to carry out multi-stress creep recovery test (MSCR). At different temperatures. The high temperature performance of three kinds of modified asphalt was evaluated by the latest index of Superpave performance specification. The results showed that the average recovery rate R100 of PE modified asphalt was the largest at 0.1 kPa and did not change with temperature, but the average recovery rate of SBS,GTR modified asphalt decreased with the increase of temperature.
