基于路面管理系统的高速公路沥青路面养护策略研究

【摘要】:路面管理系统(PMS)是为适应大规模、高效率和高质量的公路养护管理要求而发展起来的现代综合管理技术,它能够有效改变传统的经验决策模式,发挥路面资源的最佳效益,保证路面管理系统的系统化、科学化和现代化。随着我国高速公路建设的发展和高速公路网的逐渐形成,高速公路的养护管理问题显得越来越重要。路面管理系统(PMS)也逐渐应用到路面管理部门,对它的维护和开发也显尤为重要。本文将路面预防性养护与路面管理系统结合起来,在对养护资金优化分配的基础上,建立高速公路沥青路面中长期养护维修策略。 正确的路面预防性养护应是根据路面使用性能指数,,在适当的时间点和适当的地点并采取适当的措施,以获得适当的路面功能恢复。而在路面使用性能评价和预测的基础上,建立路面中长期养护维修规划方案可以为路面管理部门对路面长期养护有系统化和科学化的认识。而在这当中,公路的养护资金总是有限的,如何合理地分配有限的养护资金,采取经济、高效、合理的养护手段减少各类病害的产生,延长路面使用寿命,使高速公路路面处于最佳服务水平或产生最大经济效益需要有一个科学的决策方法,需要对养护资金进行优化分配。 本文依托合六叶高速公路沥青混凝土路面养护维修项目,采用该路网的历史路面状况数据,基于PAVERTM的路面管理系统,建立路面性能预测模型。通过确定工作类型、养护方案和预算资金,探索研究路面管理软件PAVERTM应用于该路网实施预防性养护和维修的可行性和有效性。这些工作的开展对于改善高速公路路面性能、延长路面使用寿命具有重要意义。同时,作为方法的研究,对于其它高速公路路面预防性养护方案的制定,也具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Pavement management system (PMS) is a modern integrated management technology developed to meet the requirements of large-scale, high efficiency and high quality highway maintenance management. It can effectively change the traditional empirical decision-making mode and give play to the best benefits of road surface resources. Ensure the systematization, scientization and modernization of pavement management system. With the development of highway construction and the formation of highway network, the maintenance and management of expressway becomes more and more important. The pavement management system (PMS) is gradually applied to the pavement management department, and its maintenance and development are also very important. In this paper, the preventive maintenance of pavement and pavement management system are combined, on the basis of optimal allocation of maintenance funds, the medium and long term maintenance strategy of asphalt pavement of expressway is established. The correct preventive maintenance of pavement should be based on the pavement performance index, at the right time and at the right place and take appropriate measures to obtain proper pavement function recovery. Based on the evaluation and prediction of pavement performance, the long-term maintenance planning scheme can be established for pavement management departments to have a systematic and scientific understanding of long-term pavement maintenance. Among them, the highway maintenance funds are always limited. How to allocate the limited maintenance funds reasonably, how to adopt economic, efficient and reasonable maintenance means to reduce the occurrence of various kinds of diseases and prolong the pavement service life, It is necessary to have a scientific decision method to make the expressway pavement at the best service level or to produce the greatest economic benefit, and it is necessary to optimize the allocation of maintenance funds. Based on the maintenance and repair project of asphalt concrete pavement of Heliuye Expressway and the historical pavement condition data of the road network, a pavement performance prediction model is established based on the pavement management system of PAVERTM. By determining the type of work, maintenance scheme and budget, the feasibility and effectiveness of the pavement management software PAVERTM applied to preventive maintenance and maintenance of the road network are explored. The development of these works is of great significance for improving the pavement performance and prolonging the pavement service life. At the same time, as a method of research, it has certain reference value for other highway pavement preventive maintenance program formulation.
