矿石码头卸船生产线网络信息化系统设计

【摘要】:随着企业发展节奏加快,实现企业办公和工业控制网络化、信息化的无缝接合是企业现代化发展的必然趋势。为实现港口现代化建设,曹妃甸实业港务有限公司在新建矿石码头二期工程时,通过控制系统与信息化系统相结合的方式开发出生产管理系统,从而提高矿石码头作业线的信息化水平、生产效率和经济效益。 本文首先通过分析矿石码头卸船线控制系统的特点和卸船机、皮带机、电子皮带秤等设备的作业流程,给出信息化控制系统需要采集的数据信息,完成PLC、皮带秤等硬件选型。其次,研究了基于FactoryTalk、J2EE和Oracle的信息化系统。系统以FactoryTalk Transaction Manager作为实时数据通讯软件,以J2EE为平台开发WEB程序实现网络化管理,以Oracle为数据库管理平台实现数据的存储、管理等操作。再次,完成了控制系统信息化设计。结合码头卸船线作业流程设计完成控制系统硬件设计及软件编程;给出Oracle数据库E-R图,并完成数据库结构设计;在J2EE平台上完成系统网页数据发布系统的开发。最后,将信息化管理系统应用到矿石码头卸船线,控制系统将皮带秤的实时数据、卸船机的每斗数据等作业信息数据通过现场总线传输到PLC中,PLC将实时数据通过FactoryTalk插入Oracle数据库的数据表里,并定时更新。完成控制系统和信息化系统的数据通讯后,开发数据管理网页,发布到网络上,使员工在办公室就能够查看码头实时生产情况。信息化系统将数据存储在数据库以后,可以将数据进行整理、计算,生成各类所需要的报表。 本文所设计系统建立了包含从工业现场设备层到控制层、管理层等各个层次的综合信息化网络平台,,建立了以工业控制系统为基础的企业信息化系统,解决了传统人工手动计算所有报表实时性差、效率低、准确性差的问题,实现了港口作业的信息化管理。
[Abstract]:With the accelerated pace of enterprise development and the realization of enterprise office and industrial control network, the seamless integration of information technology is the inevitable trend of enterprise modernization development. In order to realize the modernization of the port, Caofeidian Industrial Port Co., Ltd. developed the production management system by combining the control system with the information system in the second phase of the new project of the ore wharf. As a result, the information level, production efficiency and economic benefit of the ore terminal operation line are improved. By analyzing the characteristics of the unloading line control system of the ore wharf and the working flow of the ship unloader, belt conveyor and electronic belt weigher, the data information needed to be collected by the information control system is given in this paper, and the hardware selection of the PLC, belt scale is completed. Secondly, the information system based on FactoryTalk,J2EE and Oracle is studied. The system uses FactoryTalk Transaction Manager as the real-time data communication software, uses J2EE as the platform to develop WEB program to realize network management, and uses Oracle as the database management platform to realize the operation of data storage and management. Thirdly, the information design of the control system is completed. The hardware design and software programming of the control system are completed based on the design of the operation flow of the ship unloading line of the wharf; the Oracle database E / R diagram is given and the database structure is designed; the web page data publishing system of the system is developed on the J2EE platform. Finally, the information management system is applied to the unloading line of the ore wharf. The control system transmits the real-time data of the belt scale and the data of each bucket of the ship unloader to the PLC through the field bus. PLC inserts real-time data into the data table of Oracle database through FactoryTalk and updates it regularly. After the data communication between the control system and the information system is completed, the data management web page is developed and published on the network, so that the employees can view the real-time production situation of the terminal in the office. After the information system stores the data in the database, the data can be sorted, calculated and all kinds of reports can be generated. The system designed in this paper has set up a comprehensive information network platform including the industrial field equipment layer to the control layer, the management layer and so on, and has established the enterprise information system based on the industrial control system, and has set up the enterprise information system based on the industrial control system. The problems of poor real-time, low efficiency and poor accuracy of traditional manual calculation of all report forms are solved, and the information management of port operations is realized.
