基于监控数据的正交异性钢桥面板焊缝的性能评估和预测

【摘要】:为改进正交异性钢桥面板焊缝性能的评估方法,使由分布式数据采集系统获得的大量多样化数据及非完整数据得到有效利用,同时提高目前模拟和数据可视化技术,提出了通过采用多元回归模型,设定每小时铺装层温度和交通密度为自变量,得到与应力相关的性能指标的评估方法。为了验证该方法,采用大贝尔特桥的实测结果,以该桥的每小时路面平均温度和重载车辆数量作为输入参数,输出与应力相关的性能指标。在S~N方法下该性能指标被认为与疲劳损伤的保守预估值成一定的比例,可采用监测结果的集合通过最小二乘法及多元线性回归,对模型参数进行归纳。验证结果表明预测值与实测值吻合较好。该方法提高了正交异性钢桥面板的结构健康监测效率,并为现代监测系统产生的多样结果的集成和可视化提供了框架。该方法可以作为桥梁管理系统的一部分,也可用于评估结构剩余使用寿命。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the evaluation method of weld seam performance of orthotropic steel bridge deck, a great deal of diversified data and non-complete data obtained by distributed data acquisition system are effectively utilized, and at the same time, the simulation and data visualization technology is improved at the same time. The evaluation method of stress-related performance index is proposed by using multiple regression model and setting the hourly pavement temperature and traffic density as independent variables. In order to verify this method, the measured results of Dabel Bridge are adopted. The average road temperature per hour and the number of heavy duty vehicles of the bridge are taken as input parameters, and the performance indexes related to stress are outputted. The performance index is considered to have a certain proportion to the conservative prediction value of fatigue damage. The parameters of the model can be summed up by the least square method and multiple linear regression using the set of monitoring results. The verification results show that the predicted values are in good agreement with the measured values. The method improves the structural health monitoring efficiency of orthotropic steel deck and provides a framework for the integration and visualization of various results produced by modern monitoring system. This method can be used as a part of the bridge management system and can be used to evaluate the residual service life of the structure.
