电热法用于水泥混凝土路面融雪化冰技术研究

【摘要】:在冬季,下雪或结冰引发交通事故,对交通造成影响,给人民生活和国民经济造成损失。目前广泛使用的融雪剂化雪方法不仅对路面及设施造成损害,而且破坏环境。因此,迫切需要寻求一种新型的融雪化冰方法。 通过对国内目前采用的融雪化冰方法的对比分析,提出了电磁能融雪化冰系统的设计理念,,并通过实验研究、有限元数值分析确定出用于电磁能融雪化冰系统的材料及形式,进而对道路表面及结构层内的温度分布、升温规律进行实验测量和数值模拟分析,对该方法在我国北方地区的可行性进行探讨。在此基础上,提出了系统的初步控制方案,并对采用融雪化冰系统的社会经济效益进行了初步探讨。本文主要从以下几个方面进行了研究: (1)对热传导理论进行了分析,分析了热能在水泥混凝土中的传导形式; (2)对国内外目前采用的融雪化冰方法对比分析,提出了电磁能融雪化冰系统的设计理念,并通过对材料的广泛选择,确定了用于电磁能融雪化冰系统的材料型号;并通过对材料在不同温度情况下的形态及性能分析,确定出电磁能融雪化冰系统运行时的最高温度限制。 (3)利用传热学理论,建立电磁能融雪化冰系统传热的数学模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS分析融雪化冰系统的传热规律,据此确定出电磁能融雪化冰系统的设置的最大间距。 (4)建立了一个小型道路融雪实验系统,通过不同部位温度变化情况分析了热量在混凝土中的传导规律,并在此基础上,对结构层内温度场、上表面温度分布和升温规律、预热时间融雪效果进行了理论研究。
[Abstract]:In winter, snow or ice causes traffic accidents, which affect traffic and cause losses to people's lives and national economy. The widely used snow melting method not only damages the road surface and facilities, but also damages the environment. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find a new method of melting snow and ice. Based on the comparison and analysis of the current methods of melting snow and ice in China, the design concept of electromagnetic energy melting ice system is put forward, and the materials and forms used in the system are determined by experimental research and finite element numerical analysis. Furthermore, the temperature distribution and heating law of road surface and structure layer are measured and analyzed by numerical simulation, and the feasibility of this method in northern China is discussed. On the basis of this, the preliminary control scheme of the system is put forward, and the social and economic benefits of the snow melting and ice melting system are discussed. In this paper, the following aspects are studied: (1) the heat conduction theory is analyzed, and the conduction form of heat energy in cement concrete is analyzed; (2) by comparing and analyzing the methods of melting snow and ice at home and abroad, the design concept of electromagnetic energy snow melting ice system is put forward, and the type of material used in electromagnetic energy snow melting ice melting system is determined through the wide selection of materials; Through the analysis of the morphology and performance of the material at different temperatures, the maximum temperature limit of the electromagnetic energy melting ice system is determined. (3) based on the theory of heat transfer, the mathematical model of the heat transfer of the electromagnetic energy melting ice system is established, and the heat transfer law of the melting snow ice system is analyzed by using the finite element software ANSYS. According to this, the maximum spacing of the electromagnetic energy melting ice system is determined. (4) A small-scale road snow melting experiment system is set up, and the law of heat conduction in concrete is analyzed through the change of temperature in different parts. On the basis of this, the temperature field in the structure layer, the temperature distribution on the upper surface and the law of heating up are analyzed. The effect of snow melting during preheating time is studied theoretically.
