曲线宽箱梁桥梁格模型建立与受力分析

【摘要】:由于近年来高等级公路及城市立交桥的修建,而在这些高等级公路的平面设计中,为了尽可能满足车辆行驶的安全舒适,以使驾驶人员的视觉和心理反应能力保持线性的连续性,所以越来越多的曲线桥被广泛采用。随着交通量的增大,曲线宽箱梁桥所占的比例越来越重,针对曲线宽箱梁桥的研究也越来越多。相对而言,曲线宽箱梁桥是一种比较复杂的桥型,传统的方法或者模型已经不再适用,亟需新的方法或模型来解决曲线宽箱梁的计算问题。基于传统梁格法、有限单元法及比拟正交异性曲板法,本文作者提出一种新的模型建立方法,即改进梁格法有限元模型。 本文介绍了传统梁格法和改进梁格法纵向构件与横向构件的划分原则及方法,并介绍了两种不同梁格法截面特性值的计算。将T梁的比拟正交异性曲板法推广到宽箱梁的比拟正交异性曲板法。 针对有机玻璃曲线宽箱梁桥梁模型,利用有限元软件MIDAS/CIVIL建立传统梁格法有限元模型、改进梁格法有限元模型及板单元有限元模型。通过三种有限元模型计算出来的支座反力值、挠度值以及内力值的对比分析,总结出改进梁格法的优越性与存在的不足之处。 以在建的杭瑞国家高速公路湖南省临湘大界至岳阳段(大岳高速)的君山互通主线桥所接的A匝道第一联曲线宽箱梁桥为工程依托,根据改进梁格法建立设置横坡纵坡、不设置横坡设置纵坡、不设置纵坡设置横坡、不设置横坡纵坡四种不同的有限元模型,分析了曲线宽箱梁桥的纵坡和横坡的影响。 通过A匝道第一联曲线宽箱梁桥径向布置3个支座和布置4个支座的支座反力对比分析,建议将原桥径向布置3个支座改为布置4个,使支座能够得到更加有效的利用。
[Abstract]:As a result of the construction of high-grade highways and urban overpasses in recent years, in the graphic design of these high-grade highways, in order to meet the safety and comfort of vehicles as far as possible, In order to keep linear continuity of visual and psychological reaction ability, more and more curved bridges are widely used. With the increase of traffic volume, the proportion of curved wide box girder bridges becomes more and more heavy, and more research has been done on curved wide box girder bridges. Relatively speaking, the curved wide box girder bridge is a kind of complex bridge type. The traditional method or model is no longer applicable. It is urgent to solve the calculation problem of curved wide box girder by new method or model. Based on the traditional beam lattice method, finite element method and comparable orthotropic curved plate method, this paper presents a new modeling method, that is, the improved beam lattice method. This paper introduces the principle and method of dividing the longitudinal member and the transverse member of the traditional beam grid method and the improved beam grid method, and introduces the calculation of the characteristic values of two different beam grid methods. The analogy orthotropic curved plate method of T beam is extended to the analogy orthotropic curved plate method of wide box girder. Aiming at the bridge model of plexiglass curved wide box girder, the traditional finite element model of beam lattice method is established by using the finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL, and the finite element model of beam lattice method and plate element is improved. The advantages and disadvantages of the improved beam lattice method are summarized through the comparative analysis of the support reaction value, deflection value and internal force value calculated by three kinds of finite element models. Based on the A-ramp first curve wide box girder bridge connected by the Junshan interworking main line bridge between Linxiang Dajie and Yueyang section of Hunan Province (Danyue Expressway) under construction, based on the improved Liang's method, the transverse slope and longitudinal slope are set up. The influence of longitudinal slope and transverse slope of curved wide box girder bridge is analyzed by four different finite element models without setting horizontal slope, setting longitudinal slope and setting transverse slope. Based on the contrastive analysis of three supports and four supports in radial arrangement of the first curved wide box girder bridge on ramp A, it is suggested that the radial arrangement of three supports of the original bridge should be changed to four, so that the supports can be used more effectively.
