【摘要】:采用自主设计的微动疲劳加载设备对机械部件使用的TA16、DD6及FGH95三种合金材料的疲劳性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,这三种合金材料的初始疲劳裂纹首先出现在材料和微动垫相互接触的区域,这说明这种微动疲劳加载设备具有良好的性能。DD6和FGH95合金材料的微动疲劳寿命比TA16材料的要高。
[Abstract]:The fatigue properties of TA16 DD-6 and FGH95 alloy materials used in mechanical components were studied by using the fretting fatigue loading equipment designed by ourselves. The experimental results show that, The initial fatigue cracks of the three alloys first occur in the contact region between the material and the fretting pad, which indicates that the fretting fatigue loading equipment has good properties. DD6 and FGH95 alloys have higher fretting fatigue life than that of TA16.
