提高桌面3D打印机效率的研究

【摘要】:目前桌面3D打印机受到了许多领域的关注,但由于桌面3D打印机是通过逐层累加的方式来构造实体,所以与传统的切削加工相比,熔融沉积成型的桌面3D打印机生产效率较低。为提高桌面3D打印机的生产效率,提供了一种优化零件构建时间的方法。即通过零件表面采用直径为0.4 mm的喷嘴进行成型加工,填充区域采用直径为1.2 mm的喷嘴进行成型加工,并与现有单喷头方法进行对比实验,发现该方法在保证表面粗糙度不变的前提下能大幅度缩短构建时间。为提高桌面3D打印机效率提供了一种新思路。
[Abstract]:At present, desktop 3D printer has been paid attention to in many fields. However, because desktop 3D printer is constructed by layer by layer, it is compared with traditional cutting process. In order to improve the productivity of desktop 3D printer, the production efficiency of molten deposition molding desktop 3D printer is low. This paper provides a method for optimizing the construction time of parts, that is, the nozzle with diameter 0.4 mm is used to form the surface of the part, and the nozzle with 1.2 mm diameter is used for forming the filling area. Compared with the existing single nozzle method, it is found that this method can greatly shorten the construction time without changing the surface roughness, which provides a new way to improve the efficiency of desktop 3D printer.
