曲面喷墨运动控制系统的研究

【摘要】:随着彩色个性化三维物品在市场的需求增大,而传统平面印刷技术中难以印刷具有复杂曲面特征的产品。人工曲面绘制方法存在效率低、人力成本高等问题;采用转印方法需要制备印版,工艺复杂,存在污染。曲面喷墨打印是一种新型的喷墨打印技术,以其快速、数字化和绿色制造等特征在曲面打印方面有着独特优势。但是该技术应用在实际中,仍有空间曲线运动控制、喷墨打印控制和喷墨材料等诸多问题有待解决。针对曲面喷墨打印过程中空间曲线运动难以实现的难题,本文通过设计曲线运动方式开发了基于PMAC的多轴运动控制系统,实现了对步进电机与喷墨装置的同步控制,开发了运动系统软件控制数据,并通过曲面喷墨打印试验验证了运动控制系统的可行性和有效性,主要内容如下:1.运动控制系统设计。根据承印物表面喷墨的运动要求,设计了满足承印平台空间曲线运动的运动方式,搭建了曲面喷墨运动控制系统的试验平台;采用IPC+PMAC的运动控制系统形式,实现了承印平台多轴运动和喷墨控制功能。2.运动控制系统硬件的实现。根据PMAC运动控制系统硬件架构,对Clipper运动控制器和ACC-34AT扩展卡、DTC-8B端子板进行与步进电机驱动器以及步进电机的连线;3.喷墨运动过程中的关键技术研究。根据曲面喷墨运动过程中喷墨位置补偿,承印台运动速度与加速度控制的要求,对关键技术进行研究,并根据PMAC的编程规则对运动程序进行了设计和编写。4.曲面喷墨打印试验研究。为了验证系统的功能,采用圆柱体作为承印物,进行了喷墨打印试验验证。实验结果表明,本文开发的基于PMAC的多轴运动运动控制系统能够满足曲面喷墨打印的空间曲线运动要求,为后续进一步深入研究曲面喷墨打印奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of color personalized 3D products in the market, it is difficult to print the products with complex surface features in the traditional graphic printing technology. The artificial surface rendering method has some problems, such as low efficiency and high labor cost. Curved surface ink-jet printing is a new inkjet printing technology. It has a unique advantage in curved surface printing because of its rapid, digital and green manufacturing characteristics. However, in practice, there are still many problems to be solved, such as space curve motion control, inkjet printing control and inkjet materials. In view of the difficult problem of space curve motion in curved surface inkjet printing, a multi-axis motion control system based on PMAC is developed by designing curve motion mode, which realizes synchronous control of step motor and inkjet device. The software control data of motion system are developed, and the feasibility and effectiveness of motion control system are verified by surface inkjet printing test. The main contents are as follows: 1. Motion control system design. According to the motion requirement of ink jet on substrate surface, the motion mode of space curve motion of substrate is designed, and the test platform of surface ink jet motion control system is built, which adopts the form of IPC PMAC motion control system. Multi-axis motion and ink jet control function. 2. Hardware implementation of motion control system. According to the hardware architecture of the PMAC motion control system, the Clipper motion controller and the ACC-34AT extension card DTC-8B terminal board are connected with the stepper motor driver and step motor. Research on key techniques in Inkjet Motion. According to the requirements of the compensation of ink-jet position in the process of curved surface ink-jet motion and the control of the speed and acceleration of the printing platform, the key technology is studied, and the motion program is designed and written according to the programming rules of PMAC. Experimental study on Surface Ink-jet Printing. In order to verify the function of the system, the ink jet printing test was carried out using the cylinder as the substrate. The experimental results show that the multi-axis motion control system based on PMAC developed in this paper can meet the spatial curve motion requirements of curved surface inkjet printing, which lays a foundation for further research on curved surface inkjet printing.
