【摘要】:制造业的环境污染问题引起国内外学者的广泛关注,深入研究产品绿色工艺设计方法与技术,对于实现制造业的节能减排,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。本文在综述国内外研究现状的基础上,提出并深入研究零件工艺失效模式关联建模与工艺方案绿色性分析技术。围绕零件工艺失效模式关联建模、工艺设计过程的分层递阶规划与工艺再生、工艺参数多目标绿色决策、工艺方案的多目标绿色满意评估等技术开展研究,并在复杂汽车零配件产品的工艺设计中进行实例应用,对所提理论、方法及技术的可行性进行验证。 全文的组织结构为: 第一章:综述零件工艺设计的关键技术与绿色制造工艺设计相关方法的国内外研究现状,指出当前绿色制造工艺规划与设计技术的不足之处,给出本文的主要研究工作和论文组织结构。 第二章:针对零件工艺失效模式在模糊语义应用中存在的缺陷,提出一种可考虑模糊语义和失效模式关联性的工艺失效知识表达方法。运用模糊集理论量化工艺失效评估中的专家经验和语言的模糊信息,通过模糊改进的逼近于理想解排序技术,得到各种失效模式的影响强度。利用决策试验与评价实验室理论,构建失效模式直接影响关联图,获得失效模式综合影响矩阵,计算得到每种失效模式的原因度,实现模糊语义下关联工艺失效模式的合理表达,从而为后继的工艺失效知识在工艺设计中的应用提供基础。 第三章:根据产品开发过程中存在的产品设计和工艺设计并行性,以及产品设计信息由粗渐细的递进规律,将产品工艺设计过程划分为概要工艺层、初步工艺层和详细工艺层。利用集成定义建模理论对各层主要工艺活动进行建模,实现三梯级的分层递阶工艺规划,提高产品设计与工艺设计的并行度。随后,运用生产实践中的工艺失效知识,在模糊关联失效模型基础上,对所获取的工艺方案进行改进优化,实现制造可靠工艺方案的再生,有助于工艺设计阶段的前移和制造可靠性的提高。 第四章:通过构建绿色制造过程灰色模型,将工艺参数优化过程转化为多属性目标决策过程。运用三角模糊数对绿色制造评估专家不确定、不准确的模糊知识进行处理,提出采用决策试验与评价试验室方法建立绿色工艺评估指标的直接影响关联矩阵和综合影响矩阵,获得各评估指标的原因度和中心度,进而分析绿色工艺评估指标间的关联性,并依据影响程度进行权重大小分配。在考虑群体效益最大化与个体遗憾最小化的前提下,运用DEMATEL-VIKOR理论进行绿色工艺参数决策,获得考虑决策者主观偏好的绿色工艺参数或折中工艺参数集,并确定最优绿色工艺参数的调控优先次序,实现制造工艺参数的多目标绿色优化。 第五章:针对绿色工艺决策中合理且有实际物理意义的目标权重难以确定的问题,提出基于决策者主观偏好和决策信息互反馈的产品工艺方案绿色性分析技术。通过对用户层、满意偏好捕获层、方案决策层、方案评估层与候选方案层分解细化,实现工艺方案绿色性分析的多层架构。运用梯形模糊数对决策模糊知识进行处理,依据捕获的决策目标偏好,建立反映决策者主观信息的偏好函数,搭建模糊语义下绿色满意工艺方案的物理规划决策模型。通过决策者与工艺方案间的满意信息互反馈,实现基于模糊物理规划与互反馈的工艺方案绿色满意度决策。 第六章:研究零件工艺失效关联建模与方案绿色性分析技术在汽车零配件产品工艺设计中的实例应用,验证所提理论、方法和技术的可行性 第七章:对全文研究成果进行总结,并对今后研究工作进行展望。
[Abstract]:The problem of environmental pollution in manufacturing industry has aroused extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad, and technology of green process design method research for energy saving and emission reduction products, the manufacturing industry, and has important theoretical significance and application value. In this paper, the research status at home and abroad on the summary, proposed and in-depth research of part process technology. Green failure analysis the mode of relevance modeling and process around the parts process failure mode correlation modeling, process design, hierarchical planning and process parameters of regeneration, multi-objective decision making research on green technology scheme, multi-objective green satisfaction assessment techniques, and examples of application in the process design of complex Auto parts products, on the proposed theory to verify the feasibility, method and technology.
The organizational structure of the full text is as follows:
In the first chapter, we summarize the research status of the key technology of part process design and the related methods of green manufacturing process design at home and abroad, and point out the deficiencies of the current green manufacturing process planning and design technology, and give the main research work and organization structure of this paper.
The second chapter: Aiming at the defects existing in the failure mode of the fuzzy semantic application process, proposes a knowledge expression method can consider failure process and failure mode of fuzzy semantic relevance. Fuzzy information using fuzzy set theory to quantify the process failure in the assessment of expert experience and language, through the fuzzy TOPSIS technology improvement the impact strength of various failure modes. By using the theory of decision making trial and evaluation laboratory, construction of failure mode directly affect the association graph, failure mode of synthetical effect matrix, calculated each kind of reason of the failure mode, to realize the reasonable expression of fuzzy association process semantics of the failure mode, which provides the basis for the subsequent process failure the application of knowledge in the process design.
The third chapter: according to the product design in the process of product development and design process of parallelism, and product design information by the progressive law of rough tapering, the product design process is divided into conceptual process layer, process layer preliminary and detailed process of modeling layer. Each layer of the main process activities by the integrated definition of modeling theory, implementation planning the three step of hierarchical process, improve the degree of parallelism of product design and process design. Then, the use of technology in the production practice of failure knowledge, the fuzzy correlation failure model based on the optimized process scheme of the manufacturing process to achieve reliable regeneration, is helpful to the process design and manufacturing forward to improve the reliability.
The fourth chapter: the process of constructing the grey model of green manufacturing, the process parameter optimization process into multi attribute decision process. Using the triangular fuzzy number of uncertainty of green manufacturing evaluation experts, fuzzy knowledge is not accurate, the laboratory test and evaluation method of decision process to establish the green evaluation index directly affects the incidence matrix and the comprehensive effect of each evaluation index matrix, obtained the reason degree and centrality, and correlation analysis of green process evaluation index, and according to the influence degree of weight distribution. Considering the group profit maximization and individual regret minimization, using the DEMATEL-VIKOR theory of green process parameter decision, green process parameters considering decision maker subjective preference or compromise process parameters set, and determine the optimal process parameters of the control green priority implementation Multi-objective green optimization for manufacturing process parameters.
The fifth chapter: the weight of green process decision is rational and actual physical meaning is difficult to determine the problem, proposed scheme product process analysis technology. The subjective preference and decision feedback based on mutual information green through the user layer, with preference capture layer, decision-making layer, project evaluation layer and the candidate layer decomposition refinement, multi-layer architecture process green analysis. Using the trapezoidal fuzzy number of decision fuzzy knowledge processing based on decision target preference acquisition, number preference letter established to reflect the decision-maker's subjective information, build a physical programming model with fuzzy semantics green process scheme. Through satisfactory information to decision makers and process. The mutual feedback, Fuzzy Physical Programming and mutual feedback process for green satisfaction based on decision.
The sixth chapter: research the application of part process failure correlation modeling and scheme green analysis technology in the process design of automotive parts and components, and verify the feasibility of the theory, method and technology.
The seventh chapter: summarize the research results of the full text, and look forward to the future research work.
