转基因银中杨ABJ系列对土壤微生物类群的影响

【摘要】:本研究采用传统的土壤稀释涂布平板法测定了转基因银中杨ABJ系列根际土壤五大微生物(细菌,芽孢杆菌,放线菌,固氮菌,霉菌)的数量,并分析了土层对土壤微生物数量的影响。分析表明,0~30 cm与30~60 cm土样中,转基因银中杨ABJ系列根际土壤微生物总量平均分别为干土2.32×10~9 cfu/g、1.57×10~9 cfu/g;0~30 cm土样中,转基因银中杨与对照组银中杨根际土壤中固氮菌数量存在显著差异(p=0.038);转基因银中杨与对照组银中杨的根际土壤五大微生物数量存在差异,但均未达到统计学显著水平(p0.05),即本试验地内转基因银中杨对其根际土壤微生物主要类群的数量没有明显影响。
[Abstract]:In this study, the amount of five microbes (bacteria, Bacillus sp., actinomycetes, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, mold) in rhizosphere soil of poplar ABJ series in transgenic silver was determined by traditional soil dilution and coating plate method. The effect of soil layer on soil microbial quantity was analyzed. The average microorganism amount in rhizosphere soil of transgenic ABJ series was 2.32 脳 10 ~ (9) cfur 路g ~ (-1) ~ 1.57 脳 10 ~ (10) cfur ~ (-1) 路g ~ (-1) of dry soil, respectively. In 30 cm soil samples, there was a significant difference in the number of nitrogen-fixing bacteria between transgenic and control silver poplar rhizosphere soil. The number of five microbes in rhizosphere soil of transgenic Chinese poplar and control group were different, but none of them reached the significant level of statistical significance (P 0.05). That is to say, transgenic poplar has no significant effect on the number of microbes in rhizosphere soil.
