基于CiteSpace的转基因大豆研究的知识图谱分析

【摘要】:随着大豆产业的高速发展,转基因大豆已然成为世界上大豆发展的重要研究对象。同时,大豆的转基因研究也成为国内外植物分子生物学的研究热点之一,然而目前学者们对转基因大豆的研究大都只停留在它的本身的特点、影响、安全性评价等等。在信息计量学的范畴,越来越多地学者们运用知识图谱工具制作可视化图谱研究一个学科或领域的发展,应用领域有图书馆学、情报学、教育学、翻译学等等,但是很少用于农业领域。在转基因大豆的研究中,从文献角度对发文量、研究热点以及研究作者机构合作关系方面还有所欠缺。本文以我国与全球转基因大豆研究现状为基础,旨在针对我国转基因大豆发展过程中存在的问题,通过借鉴全球此领域发展的经验,为我国转基因大豆的研究和发展提出相应的建议和对策,并为我国学者掌握转基因大豆科研动态提供一定的理论依据,开辟新的研究领域。本文选取“转基因大豆”作为研究主题,以在CNKI、万方、维普和Web of Science数据库中检索并下载相关文献作为分析对象,运用统计分析法、文献调研法、比较分析法等科学的方法,借助CiteSpace作为分析的软件工具,绘制了2001年-2015年国内与全球转基因大豆领域的一系列相关科学知识图谱,如国内与全球转基因大豆研究相关发文量趋势图、关键词共现图谱、高产作者及机构图谱,对以上四方面进行可视化比较分析发现:全球与我国转基因大豆的发文量都持续增长,全球该领域研究热度远远高于国内,正趋于成熟,而中国的转基因大豆发文量呈现波浪式上升的趋势,在2013年后,我国转基因大豆发文量呈现下降的趋势,其研究正由快速发展期进入稳定发展期。国内和全球都很重视转基因大豆本身的研究,全球很多国家对于转基因大豆的基因表达和遗传转化已有很深入的研究,而我国在此方面研究起步较晚,研究层次较浅。中国研究转基因大豆的学者团体较为分散,成员少且合作度较低,东北地区的学者联系较为密切,而全球此领域的研究学者群体较多,联系较紧密。我国、日本、美国的研究学者在全球的研究中起着重要的作用。中国与全球虽然都存在因地域差别导致的学者联系不密切的情况,但是总体上全球学者的合作度要远远高于国内。我国研究转基因大豆的机构较多,彼此之间合作度较低,东北地区和北京地区的权威机构和高等院校尤其多。全球研究此领域的机构联系都比较紧密,大都是美国的科研院所,美国的科研力量对转基因大豆的研究做出了巨大的贡献。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of soybean industry, transgenic soybean has become an important research object of soybean development in the world. At the same time, transgenic soybean research has become one of the hot spots in plant molecular biology research at home and abroad. However, at present, most of the researches on genetically modified soybeans are confined to its own characteristics, effects, safety evaluation, etc. In the field of information metrology, More and more scholars use knowledge atlas tools to make visual atlas to study the development of a subject or field. The applied fields include library science, information science, pedagogy, translation science and so on. But it is seldom used in the field of agriculture. In the research of transgenic soybeans, there are still some deficiencies in the research on the quantity of published papers, the research hotspots and the research on the relationship between the author and the authors. This paper is based on the current research situation of genetically modified soybeans in China and the world. Aiming at the problems existing in the development of transgenic soybeans in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the research and development of transgenic soybeans in China through drawing lessons from the experience of the global development in this field. It also provides some theoretical basis for Chinese scholars to master the research trends of genetically modified soybeans and opens up a new research field. In this paper, "genetically modified soybeans" is selected as the research theme, in order to study in CNKI, Wanfang, In the database of Weip and Web of Science, the relevant documents are retrieved and downloaded as the analysis object, and the scientific methods such as statistical analysis, literature investigation and comparative analysis are used, and CiteSpace is used as the software tool for analysis. From 2001 to 2015, a series of maps of relevant scientific knowledge in the field of genetically modified soybean (GMO) in China and around the world were drawn, such as the trend map of the amount of published papers, the cooccurrence map of key words, and the map of high yield authors and institutions in China and the world. The visual comparative analysis of the above four aspects shows that the number of GMO soybeans issued in the world and in China has been increasing continuously, and the global research heat in this field is far higher than that in China, and it is becoming more mature. In China, the number of genetically modified soybeans was on a wave rise, and since 2013, the number of Chinese transgenic soybeans has shown a downward trend. Its research is moving from a period of rapid development to a period of stable development. Both domestic and global attention has been paid to the study of genetically modified soybeans. Many countries around the world have studied deeply the gene expression and genetic transformation of genetically modified soybeans. In China, the research on genetically modified soybeans started late, and the level of research is relatively shallow. The research groups of genetically modified soybeans in China are scattered, the members are small and the degree of cooperation is low, and the scholars in Northeast China are more closely connected with each other. However, there are more and more researchers in this field in the world. China, Japan, American researchers play an important role in global research. Although China and the world are not closely connected with scholars due to geographical differences, However, on the whole, the degree of cooperation of global scholars is much higher than that of domestic ones. In China, there are many institutions that study genetically modified soybeans, and the degree of cooperation between them is relatively low. There are many authoritative institutions and institutions of higher learning in Northeast China and Beijing. The global research institutions in this field are all closely connected, most of them are American research institutes, and American scientific research forces have made great contributions to the research of genetically modified soybeans.
