安肠汤对IBS-D大鼠mGluR5,NR2BR基因在脊髓背角表达的影响

【摘要】:目的:研究安肠汤对IBS-D大鼠mGluR5,NR2BR基因在脊髓背角表达变化,介导疼痛中枢敏化机制探讨安肠汤缓解IBS-D腹痛的作用机制。方法:40只清洁雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组,10只/组,正常组、模型组、西药组、中药组。采用番泻叶+束缚应激法造模。治疗组和对照组分别予安肠汤及得舒特片2周。结果:模型组腰段脊髓背角中的m GluR5,NR2BR基因表达与另外3组对比明显增高,P0.05;西药组和中药组相比,P0.05。结论:说明m GluR5,NR2BR基因参与IBS-D大鼠疼痛信号中枢敏化机制;安肠汤可以有效调控m GluR5,NR2BR基因在腰段脊髓中的表达,从而达到缓解腹痛症状。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Anchang decoction on the expression of mGluR5 and NR2BR gene in the dorsal horn of spinal cord in IBS-D rats and to explore the mechanism of relieving abdominal pain of IBS-D by mediating the mechanism of pain center sensitization. Methods: forty clean male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (n = 10) and normal group (n = 10). Model group, western medicine group, Treatment group and control group were treated with Anchang decoction and Desuter tablet for 2 weeks respectively. Results: the expression of m GluR5 + NR2BR gene in the lumbar spinal dorsal horn of model group was significantly higher than that in the other three groups. Conclusion: mGluR5NR2BR gene is involved in the central sensitization mechanism of pain signal in IBS-D rats. Anchang decoction can effectively regulate the expression of m GluR5 and NR2BR gene in the lumbar spinal cord, thus relieving abdominal pain.
