MC1R基因的研究进展

【摘要】：MC1R基因作为控制毛色的重要候选基因之一,不仅在黑色素合成过程中起着重要的调控作用,参与毛色的形成,还对人畜疾病、生长性状、行为有着不同程度的影响,因而引起相关学者的广泛关注。为加深对MC1R基因的认识和了解,作者对MC1R基因结构、功能、作用机理、基因的定位、多态性检测及其在人畜方面的研究进展进行综述,并提出新的设想。
[Abstract]:As one of the important candidate genes for controlling coat color, MC1R gene not only plays an important role in the regulation of melanin synthesis, but also plays an important role in the formation of coat color. It also has different effects on human and animal diseases, growth traits and behavior. As a result, it has attracted wide attention from relevant scholars. In order to better understand the MC1R gene, the author summarized the structure, function, action mechanism, gene location, polymorphism detection of MC1R gene and its research progress in human and animal, and put forward some new ideas.
