驴和马COL1A1基因比较分析

【摘要】:驴具有很大的市场开发潜力和价值。通过生物信息学技术分析了驴COL1A1基因的氨基酸序列特征,以期为阿胶原材料的鉴定或阿胶用驴的选育提供科学依据。经分析发现驴COL1A1基因的氨基酸构成富含大量的甘氨酸和脯氨酸,而色氨酸含量很低。氨基酸序列开头的22个残基预测为该肽链的信号肽区域,COL1A1蛋白中存在大量的卷曲螺旋。驴和马该基因(剔除gap)mRNA序列间存在12处变异,氨基酸序列间只发现1处替换。提示在做原材料鉴定时,若以该基因为分子标记,应着重检测DNA间的差异。
[Abstract]:Donkey has great market development potential and value. The amino acid sequence characteristics of donkey COL1A1 gene were analyzed by bioinformatics in order to provide scientific basis for identification of raw materials of Ejiao or breeding of donkeys. It was found that the amino acids of the donkey COL1A1 gene were rich in glycine and proline, but the tryptophan content was very low. The 22 residues at the beginning of the amino acid sequence predict the existence of a large amount of curl helix in the signal peptide region of the peptide chain, COL1A1. There were 12 mutations between donkey and horse genes (excluding gap)mRNA sequences, and only one substitution was found between amino acid sequences. It is suggested that if the base is used as molecular marker in the identification of raw materials, the difference between DNA should be detected.
