玉米体细胞胚胎功能基因转化研究

【摘要】:22A基因属于TCB1家族,编码GTPase激活因子,与体细胞胚胎的发生密切相关,且只在发育的胚中特异性表达。本研究从玉米体胚中克隆Zm22A基因,并对玉米自交系Y423进行遗传转化。结果表明,以玉米自交系Y423体细胞胚胎为受体,利用Zm22A基因的干扰载体侵染,获得阳性苗。
[Abstract]:22A gene belongs to TCB1 family and encodes GTPase activator, which is closely related to somatic embryogenesis and expressed only in developing embryos. Zm22A gene was cloned from maize somatic embryos and transformed into maize inbred line Y423. The results showed that the somatic embryos of maize inbred line Y423 were used as the receptor, and the positive seedlings were obtained by using the interference vector of Zm22A gene.
