烤烟钾含量的基因型及环境效应分析

【摘要】:为了解烤烟基因型及环境对烟叶钾含量的影响,采用AMMI模型对8个环境试点11个基因型烟叶的钾含量进行了分析。结果表明:基因型、环境、基因型×环境互作对烤烟钾含量的影响达极显著水平,烤烟钾含量受环境的影响效应大于基因型和基因型×环境互作,AMMI模型分析在分解烤烟钾含量的基因型与环境互作效应方面优于回归模型。基因型V5(云烟110)中部叶和上部叶钾含量高于其它基因型,差异具有极显著意义,该基因型具有钾含量高的特点,可作为钾高效基因型供烟叶生产选择种植,也可作为育种材料用于高钾基因型选育。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the effects of flue-cured tobacco genotypes and environment on potassium content in tobacco leaves, AMMI model was used to analyze the potassium content of 11 tobacco genotypes in 8 environmental pilot sites. The results showed that the effects of genotype, environment, genotype 脳 environment interaction on potassium content of flue-cured tobacco were significant, and the effect of environment on potassium content of flue-cured tobacco was greater than that of genotype 脳 environment interaction. The AMMI model was superior to the regression model in analyzing the interaction between genotype and environment of potassium content in flue-cured tobacco. The potassium content of the middle and upper leaves of the genotype V5 (Yunyan 110) was higher than that of other genotypes, and the difference was very significant. The genotype had the characteristics of high potassium content and could be used as the potassium efficient genotype for tobacco leaf production and planting. It can also be used as a breeding material for high potassium genotypes.
