胃腺癌扭转基因和黏附素的表达及相关性

【摘要】：目的观察胃腺癌扭曲基因(Twist)、上皮型黏附素(E-cadherin)和神经型黏附素(N-cadherin)的表达及相关性。方法行根治手术治疗的61例胃腺癌患者作为观察组,留取术后的蜡块组织,22例距肿瘤边缘5 cm的正常胃黏膜组织作为对照组,应用免疫组化方法检测两组中Twist、E-cadherin和N-cadherin的表达。结果观察组肿瘤组织中Twist阳性表达40例,在肿瘤与间质交界处的部分间质中可观察到Twist的表达。观察组中21例阴性表达(阳性细胞≤10%),在11例肿瘤与间质交界处的部分间质中可观察到Twist的表达。观察组肿瘤组织中Twist和N-cadherin表达的阳性率明显高于对照组,E-cadherin表达的阳性率明显低于对照组(均P0.05),观察组肿瘤组织中Twist、E-cadherin和N-cadherin的表达与肿瘤的淋巴道转移和脉管累犯密切相关,Twist和E-cadherin的表达与肿瘤的最大径和浸润深度相关,E-cadherin的表达与肿瘤最大径相关(均P0.05)。相关分析显示观察组中Twist和E-cadherin呈负相关,Twist和N-cadherin呈正相关(均P0.05)。结论胃腺癌中Twist、E-cadherin和N-cadherin异常表达可以促进肿瘤的形成和进展,Twist在调节上皮间质转化的过程中对E-cadherin和N-cadherin调节的转移有明显作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and correlation of (Twist), epithelial adhesion hormone (E-cadherin) and neuronal adhesion hormone (N-cadherin) in gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods 61 patients with gastric adenocarcinoma treated by radical operation were treated as observation group and 22 normal gastric mucosa tissues 5 cm from the edge of the tumor were used as control group.
