均匀磁场作用下磁流体座滴变形研究

【摘要】:本文研究了具有超疏水润湿特性的磁流体座滴在均匀磁场作用下变形的数值模拟方法,采用实验结果对该方法进行了有效的验证。研究中观察的是水基磁流体座滴被磁场拉伸,座滴周围充满与其不互溶的矿物油,均匀磁场方向平行于基板表面。本文发展了问题的数学描述,建立了多物理场模型,采用有限体积法对控制方程进行求解,level-set方法对两种不相溶的液体之间的界面进行定义和追踪,得到了不同磁场特性下座滴所具有的形态。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a numerical simulation method for the deformation of magnetohydrophobic droplets with superhydrophobic wetting characteristics under the action of a uniform magnetic field is studied, and the experimental results are used to verify the method effectively. It is observed that the water based magnetic fluid droplets are stretched by magnetic field, and the surrounding drops are filled with mineral oil which is insoluble to the water. The uniform magnetic field direction is parallel to the surface of the substrate. In this paper, the mathematical description of the problem is developed, the multi-physical field model is established, the control equation is solved by the finite volume method, and the interface between the two insoluble liquids is defined and traced by the level-set method. The morphology of the droplets in different magnetic fields was obtained.
