文章摘要:【目的】探讨不同颜色农膜生长棚对三七种苗生长的影响,筛选适宜三七种苗生长的不同透光率,为三七健康种苗生产提供理论依据。【方法】采用白色和蓝色两种农膜搭建3种透光率(21.0%、10.0%和5.5%)的三七生长棚,在棚内培育三七种苗至移栽期时,分别测量株高、茎粗、叶片数、主根直径、根长和根数等指标,并计算根、茎、叶的生物量积累及分配。【结果】在白膜生长棚条件下,除叶片数、根长、叶重比和茎重比外,其他指标均随透光率减弱呈先增后减的变化趋势,即在10.0%透光率下,白膜生长棚内的三七种苗株高(12.34 cm)、茎粗(1.48 cm)、主根直径(11.30 cm)、根数(8.40条/株)、各部位生物量及总生物量(0.816 g)、根冠比(2.882)和根重比(0.737)均最高,三七种苗长势最佳。在蓝膜生长棚条件下,除株高、叶片数、主根直径和茎生物量外,茎粗(1.50 cm)、根长(15.36 cm)、根数(10.50条/株)、叶生物量(0.139 g)、根生物量(0.565 g)及总生物量(0.747 g)、根冠比(3.137)和根重比(0.755)等指标均在透光率21.0%下达最大值,三七种苗生长发育较好。透光率为10.0%时,白膜生长棚内三七种苗株高、茎粗、主根直径、根数、各部位生物量及总生物量、根冠比、根重比和茎重比等均高于蓝膜生长棚内三七种苗;透光率为21.0%时,蓝膜生长棚内三七种苗株高、茎粗、叶片数、主根直径、根长、根数、各部位生物量及总生物量、根冠比和根重比等指标均大于白膜生长棚内三七种苗对应值。【结论】白膜生长棚下较适合三七种苗生长的透光率为10.0%,蓝膜生长棚下较适合三七种苗生长的透光率为21.0%,即蓝膜有利于三七种苗在相对高光照环境下的生长和生物量积累。
Abstr:【Objective 】The effects of different color films for covering greenhouse on growth situation of P. notoginseng seedlings were investigated to screen suitable light transmittance for growth of P. notoginseng seedlings in order to provide theoretical basis for producing healthy P. notoginseng seedlings. 【Method 】Three light transmittances(21.0%,10.0%,and 5.5% of full sunlight) were designed in the greenhouse covering with white film and blue film.The seeds of P. notoginseng were sowed in plastic pots. The plant traits, biomass accumulation and allocation of seedlings at transplanting stage were investigated and analyzed. 【Result】Under white film covering greenhouse, excepting leaf number, root length, leaf biomass ratio and root biomass ratio, the other indices changed from increase to decrease with light transmittance decreasing. The seedlings grew well, and the plant height(12.34 cm), stem diameter( 1. 48 cm), tuberous root diameter( 11. 30 cm), root number( 8. 40 / plant), root biomass, stem biomass, leaf biomass and total biomass( 0. 816 g), root / canopy ratio( 2. 882) and root biomass ratio( 0. 737) of P. notoginseng seedlings reached the highest in white film greenhouse under 10.0 % of full sunlight. Meanwhile,excepting plant height, leaf number, tuberous root diameter and stem biomass, the stem diameter(1.50 cm), root length(15.36 cm),root number(10.50/plant), leaf biomass(0.139 g), root biomass(0.565 g), total biomass(0.747 g), root/canopy ratio( 3.137) and root biomass ratio( 0.755) of P. notoginseng seedling were found to be the highest in blue film green-house under 21.0% of full sunlight.
