摘要:以东海原甲藻为实验材料,研究了铜绿假单胞菌产鼠李糖脂类生物表面活性剂对藻细胞的抑制和杀藻作用.结果表明,鼠李糖脂在较低浓度下对东海原甲藻的生长有明显的抑制效果,增大用量,可直接杀灭藻细胞.生长延滞期的藻细胞对鼠李糖脂的作用更为敏感.在相同实验条件下,鼠李糖脂对绿藻生长的影响基本可以忽略,在低浓度下对中肋骨条藻和湛江叉鞭金藻生长的影响也很弱,鼠李糖脂的浓度增至5.0mg/L以上时,对中肋骨条藻和湛江叉鞭金藻的生长表现出一定的抑制作用. 关键词:东海原甲藻;生物表面活性剂;生长抑制;杀藻

Abstract:The inhibiting and killing functions of rhamnolipid biosurfactants produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa on alga cells were studied with Prorocentrum donghaiense as experiment material. The growth of P. donghaiense was inhibited markedly in lower concentration of rhamnolipids, moreover, the alga cell would be killed directly with increasing its using amount. The alga cells in the lag phase of growth were more susceptible to the function of rhamnolipids. Under the same experiment condition, the influence of the rhamnolipids on green algae was negligible basically; at low concentration of the rhamnolipids the influence on S. costatum and D. zhanjiangensis was also very weak; and expressed only definite inhibition action at concentration increased to above 5.0mg/L. 东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense)(又称具齿原甲藻,Prorocentrum dentatum)是长江口和浙江海域的主要藻类之一[1],近年来多次引发大面积赤潮[2], 严重破坏了海洋生态环境.
研究表明,表面活性剂容易吸附在具有膜层结构的藻细胞表面,从而影响和破坏藻细胞正常的生理功能[3].曹西华等[3]探讨了季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂对赤潮异湾藻的杀灭作用.Ahn等[4]分析了含有生物表面活性剂的细菌发酵液对蓝藻生长的影响.生物表面活性剂与化学表面活性剂相比,具有生物可降解性、低毒性和通过微生物发酵生产简单等优点,在赤潮治理中具有广泛的应用前景.铜绿假单胞菌培养时产生的鼠李糖脂类生物表面活性剂,具有较强的抑菌活性[5],但.表面活性剂用于东海原甲藻生长影响以及杀藻作用的实验研究,以期为东海原甲藻赤潮的治理提供参考. 1 材料与方法 1.1 实验材料
