大口径输水管道在引青济秦扩建三期工程施工中的应用

【摘要】:随着中国城市化建设水平的不断提高,我国生活生产供水方面的问题越来越严重。突出表现在城市供水水源过于单一化,供水风险不断加大,同时不少乡镇区域存在饮用水质量不达标、水源污染严重等问题,严重影响社会主义建设事业的发展和人民生活质量的提高。为了解决供水问题,改善供水体系,不少城市和乡镇开始兴建或正在筹划建设、完善当地的输水工程项目,使得输水工程成为现代化城市建设事业的重要工作。所以,根据国内水资源分布状况与当前供水管网系统的基本情况与利用效率,对地区性供水系统中最关键、资金投入最多的输水管网系统的建设进行深入研究分析,尤其是建设过程中大口径管道的利用细节和重点加大研究力度具有十分积极的意义。研究的主要内容集中在大口径管道穿越高速公路、河流、铁路等有障碍地段,通过对多种施工方案进行对比的方式,对大口径管材、管径、接口方式、管道腐蚀和调节构筑物等关键点的分析研究,总结大口径管道在长距离输水工程中的应用经验,为更多区域性供水系统建设的安全性、经济性、可靠性提供一定的参考意义,这也是本文研究工作的实践意义。本文结合引青济秦扩建三期工程,从大口径水输水工程项目的设计和施工的关键环节来分析大口径管道在引青济秦扩建三期工程项目施工中的具体应用细节,就引青济秦工程项目大口径输水管道在克服高速公路、铁路等交通设施障碍、河流山脉等自然环境阻碍的具体应用方法与经验等一系列要点进行论述,对架空管、沉管、顶管、拉管(非开挖定向钻)等重要细节进行分析,展现出一个合理的、可实施性非常强的设计和施工方案。在此基础上本文又对长距离大口径输水工程项目中的并网调试工作细节进行了经验性总结,为大口径输水管道在长距离输水工程项目中的高效应用提供参考,确保我国各地供水系统的安全性与稳定性。本文研究所得结果来看,大口径输水管道在长距离输水工程项目中具有较强的应用价值,加大对大口径输水管道的研究力度对我国输水工程项目具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in China, the problems of water supply in domestic production are becoming more and more serious. At the same time, many township areas have problems such as drinking water quality is not up to standard, water pollution is serious, which seriously affects the development of socialist construction and the improvement of people's quality of life, in order to solve the water supply problem. To improve the water supply system, many cities and towns began to build or are planning to build, improve the local water transmission projects, so that the water transfer project has become an important work of modern urban construction. According to the distribution of domestic water resources and the basic situation and utilization efficiency of the current water supply network system, the construction of the water pipeline network system, which is the most critical and the most invested in the regional water supply system, is deeply studied and analyzed. In particular, the use of large-caliber pipeline in the process of the use of details and focus on the study has a very positive significance. The main content of the study focused on the large-caliber pipeline crossing the highway, rivers. Railway and other obstructed areas, through the comparison of various construction schemes, the analysis and study of the large caliber pipe, pipe diameter, interface mode, pipeline corrosion and regulation of the structure and other key points. The application experience of large-caliber pipeline in long-distance water conveyance project is summarized, which provides a certain reference for the safety, economy and reliability of more regional water supply system construction. This is also the practical significance of the research work in this paper. From the key links of the design and construction of the large-caliber water conveyance project, this paper analyzes the concrete application details of the large-caliber pipeline in the construction of the third phase of the project of diversion from Qingjin-Jiqin extension. This paper discusses a series of key points in overcoming the obstacles of highway, railway and other transportation facilities, and the concrete application methods and experiences of the natural environment hindrance such as rivers and mountain ranges in the large-caliber water conveyance pipeline of the project leading to Qingqing-Ji-qin project. The important details such as overhead pipe, sinking pipe, jacking pipe and pulling pipe (non-excavated directional drill) are analyzed, showing a reasonable. On the basis of this, this paper summarizes the details of grid-connected debugging in long distance and large caliber water conveyance project. This paper provides a reference for the efficient application of large caliber water conveyance pipeline in long distance water conveyance project, and ensures the safety and stability of water supply system in various parts of our country. The large caliber water conveyance pipeline has strong application value in the long distance water conveyance project. It is of great significance to increase the research intensity of the large caliber water conveyance pipeline for the water conveyance project of our country.
