深埋引水隧洞富水段注浆堵水加固技术及工程应用研究

【摘要】:陕西“引汉济渭”调水工程秦岭输水隧洞段中的越岭段,是决定整体工期的关键线路,但由于受地质构造及节理裂隙发育等严重影响,在施工期间所带来的地质灾害问题不容忽视,而注浆技术作为地下工程一种实用的技术手段,已在我国推广应用,但注浆治理工程属于隐蔽性工程,从一定程度来讲,注浆技术仍处于摸索阶段,在工程实践中仍存在很多问题需要解决,如注浆材料的配制、注浆压力的合理选取等。本文在分析和总结了现有的注浆材料、注浆堵水技术和注浆方法等研究现状及存在的问题基础上,采用了数值分析、室内实验、现场监测及物探探测等方法,针对引水隧洞注浆堵水加固技术及应用开展了深入的研究,主要内部包括: (1)总结分析国内外在注浆理论、注浆材料、注浆堵水技术、注浆模拟实验及现有注浆质量检测手段等领域的发展现状,提出本文在“引汉济渭”引水隧洞注浆堵水加固研究方法和技术路线。 (2)分析了目前“引汉济渭”越岭段引水隧洞单一注浆材料在堵水加固效果较差的原因,结合理想浆液性能特点,对其双液浆液物理力学性能进行实验研究,确定了一种流动性、稳定性良好、注浆成本较低的优化配制双料浆液,为注浆堵水加固工程顺利实施奠定基础。 (3)针对浆液在裂隙岩体中的劈裂扩展情况,开展了模拟分析和室内实验研究,弄清了注浆浆液在裂隙岩石内部的流动规律,得出了岩体发生劈裂扩展的注浆极限压力值,为注浆方式的合理设计提供了科学依据。 (4)结合优化配制浆液及合理的注浆压力,,确定了注浆堵水加固在引水隧洞施工中的设计参数、注浆工艺流程以及注浆加固的方式和有效加固范围,并优化选择出较合理的注浆实施方案。 (5)将本文的研究成果应用于“引汉济渭”引水隧洞注浆堵水加固工程实践中,对优化配制的双液材料进行现场注浆方案的实施,并通过对引水隧洞的外观检验、室内实验、模拟分析、物探探测以及现场监测等,进行注浆堵水加固稳定性和效果的评价。
[Abstract]:The Yueling section in Qinling water conveyance tunnel section of "diversion from Han to Jiwei" in Shaanxi Province is the key line to determine the overall duration of the project, but it is seriously affected by geological structure and the development of joints and fissures, etc. The geological hazard during construction can not be ignored. As a practical technical means of underground engineering, grouting technology has been popularized and applied in our country, but grouting treatment project is a hidden project, to a certain extent, Grouting technology is still in the groping stage, and there are still many problems to be solved in engineering practice, such as the preparation of grouting materials, reasonable selection of grouting pressure, etc. In this paper, the existing grouting materials are analyzed and summarized. On the basis of the present research situation and existing problems of grouting water plugging technology and grouting method, the methods of numerical analysis, laboratory experiment, field monitoring and geophysical exploration are adopted. In this paper, the technology and application of water plugging and strengthening for diversion tunnel are studied. The main contents are as follows:. 1) summarize and analyze the development status of grouting theory, grouting materials, grouting water plugging technology, grouting simulation experiment and existing grouting quality testing methods at home and abroad. This paper puts forward the research method and technical route of grouting water plugging and strengthening in the diversion tunnel from Han to Jiwei. This paper analyzes the reason why the single grouting material in the diversion tunnel of the diversion tunnel from Han to Ji-Wei is poor in water plugging and reinforcement, and combines with the characteristics of ideal slurry, the physical and mechanical properties of its dual slurry are studied experimentally, and a kind of fluidity is determined. The optimal preparation of double slurry with good stability and low grouting cost lays a foundation for the smooth implementation of grouting plugging and strengthening project. (3) in view of the split propagation of grouting in fractured rock mass, simulation analysis and laboratory experimental study are carried out, and the flow rule of grouting fluid in fractured rock is clarified, and the limit pressure value of grouting is obtained for the split expansion of rock mass. It provides scientific basis for reasonable design of grouting mode. The design parameters, grouting process flow, grouting reinforcement method and effective reinforcement range of grouting water plugging reinforcement in diversion tunnel construction are determined in combination with optimized preparation of slurry and reasonable grouting pressure. And optimize and select a more reasonable grouting implementation scheme. 5) applying the research results of this paper to the practice of grouting plugging and strengthening in the diversion tunnel from Han to Jiwei, and carrying out the field grouting scheme of the optimized double liquid material, and through the inspection of the appearance of the diversion tunnel and the indoor experiment, Simulation analysis, geophysical exploration and field monitoring are carried out to evaluate the stability and effect of grouting water plugging and reinforcement.
