南方海港高桩码头钢筋混凝土结构耐久性评估及修复研究

【摘要】:许多上世纪建造的海港高桩码头,其使用年限在远未达到结构设计使用年限的情况下,钢筋混凝土结构就发生了不同程度腐蚀损坏现象,轻者,混凝土表面产生大量锈斑、保护层混凝土开裂、钢筋锈蚀;重者,保护层混凝土脱落、钢筋截面变细甚至锈断,最终导致结构失效。为确保码头的结构安全、延长其使用年限,无论是主管部门还是码头使用方都对海港高桩码头钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性检测评估和修复提出了迫切的需求。 本文阐述了南方沿海高桩码头钢筋混凝土结构腐蚀损坏的现状以及钢筋锈蚀损坏的过程,讨论了码头结构耐久性检测项目和评估方法,重点阐述氯离子渗透混凝土的机理、导致影响结构剩余使用年限的氯离子扩散系数计算方法及其与混凝土表面氯离子浓度的选取、环境氯离子浓度的确定、保护层厚度和混凝土强度之间的关系,得出了海港钢筋混凝土结构受氯离子侵蚀后结构腐蚀损坏直至结构失效的使用年限计算过程,并成功应用于舟山海域某电厂高桩码头的耐久性检测评估,取得了明显效果。同时,对目前国内沿海高桩码头结构耐久性检测评估的内容和方法进行了研究,得出了以耐久性检测评估为主的“事前控制”码头维护制度。 此外,将海港高桩码头钢筋混凝土腐蚀损坏的修复方法进行了对比和总结,在哲学和管理学的理论基础上,提出了基于全局观的钢筋混凝土结构修复思路,成功应用于舟山海域某电厂高桩码头的修复工程,使码头使用年限明显提高。
[Abstract]:Many harbour high pile wharves built in the last century, whose service life is far from the design life of the structure, corrosion and damage of reinforced concrete structure to varying degrees, light, concrete surface produced a large number of rust spots. In order to ensure the safety of the structure of the wharf and prolong its service life, the concrete of the protective layer is cracked, the steel bar is corroded, the concrete of the cover layer falls off, the section of the steel bar becomes thin and even rusts break, which leads to the failure of the structure. Both the competent authorities and the wharf users have put forward an urgent need for durability evaluation and repair of reinforced concrete structure of high pile wharf. In this paper, the present situation of corrosion damage of reinforced concrete structure of high pile wharf in southern coastal area and the process of corrosion damage of reinforcing steel bar are described. The durability detection items and evaluation methods of wharf structure are discussed, and the mechanism of chloride ion permeating concrete is emphasized. The calculation method of chloride diffusion coefficient which affects the remaining service life of the structure and its relationship with the selection of chloride ion concentration on the surface of concrete, the determination of environmental chloride ion concentration, the thickness of protective layer and the strength of concrete are discussed. The calculation process of the service life of the reinforced concrete structure after chloride ion erosion is obtained, and it is successfully applied to the durability evaluation of the high pile wharf of a power plant in Zhoushan sea area. At the same time, the contents and methods of durability test and evaluation of domestic coastal high-pile wharf structure are studied, and the maintenance system of "pre-control" wharf based on durability inspection and evaluation is obtained. In addition, the paper compares and summarizes the methods of repairing the corrosion damage of reinforced concrete in port wharf, and puts forward the idea of repairing reinforced concrete structure based on the overall view on the basis of philosophy and management theory. It has been successfully applied to the restoration of the high pile wharf in a power plant in Zhoushan sea area, and the service life of the wharf has been improved obviously.
