基于UG的磁极冲片复式冲模参数化设计系统开发

【摘要】:磁极冲片是水轮发电机的重要组成零件,其主要由复式冲模冲裁而成。随着工厂的发展,生产方面对其各项性能的要求不断提高。为降低模具制造成本,缩短模具制造周期,降低模具设计的工作量,同时基于磁极冲片具有结构相对固定但系列较多的特点,对磁极冲片复式冲模进行参数化设计系统的开发具有迫切需求。本文主要从以下几个方面进行研究和探讨: 完成了系统总体的结构、功能、流程设计;针对零件种类多但是构型基本固定的特点,研究了模块化建模方法;通过结合复式冲模的实际问题,开发了UG集成应用程序; 研究了参数化设计的关键算法:将空间坐标变换在复式冲模装配过程中进行了应用;研究三种目标边定位搜索算法,对其进行比较并得出最佳算法,并将其用于目标对象的定位,实现了后台特征造型的准确定位;研究了几何约束法,并对原有的几何对象进行重新定义,扩大了范围,,提高了效率。研究了图形布置算法,实现二维工程图在自动绘制时避免图纸中的多个视图可能发生干涉或重叠问题。 最后,选择UG NX6.0和VS2010作为开发平台,应用上述关键技术开发了磁极冲片复式冲模参数化设计系统。采用模块化思想,开发了复式冲模零件的三维参数化建模和装配,可实现不同构型,不同参数的磁极三维模型的自动建模和装配;根据三维模型获得的构型尺寸快速建立符合企业技术标准的二维工程图,实现磁极冲片复式冲模从三维模型到二维工程图纸的全自动生成。
[Abstract]:Magnetic pole punch is an important component of hydrogenerator, which is mainly formed by double punching die. With the development of the factory, the production of its performance requirements continue to improve. In order to reduce the manufacturing cost, shorten the manufacturing cycle and reduce the workload of die design, the magnetic pole punch has the characteristics of relatively fixed structure but more series. It is urgent to develop parametric design system for compound die of magnetic pole punch. This paper mainly studies and discusses from the following aspects: complete the overall structure, function, flow design of the system, aiming at the characteristics of many kinds of parts but basic fixed configuration, studied the modular modeling method; The UG integrated application program is developed by combining with the practical problems of compound stamping die, and the key algorithm of parametric design is studied: the spatial coordinate transformation is applied in the assembly process of compound stamping die. This paper studies three kinds of target edge location search algorithms, compares them and obtains the best algorithm, and uses them to locate the target object, which realizes the accurate location of background feature modeling. The geometric constraint method is studied and the original geometric object is redefined to enlarge the scope and improve the efficiency. The graphic layout algorithm is studied to avoid the interference or overlap of multiple views in the drawing of 2D engineering drawing automatically. Finally, using UG NX6.0 and VS2010 as the development platform, the parameterized design system of the compound punching die for magnetic pole punches is developed by using the above key technologies. With the idea of modularization, the 3D parametric modeling and assembly of compound die parts are developed, which can realize the automatic modeling and assembly of magnetic pole 3D model with different configuration and different parameters. According to the configuration size obtained from the 3D model, the 2D engineering drawing conforming to the technical standard of the enterprise is established quickly, and the automatic generation of the compound punching die of the magnetic pole punching plate from the 3D model to the two-dimensional engineering drawing is realized.
