坡比对虹吸管路的稳定时间影响试验研究

【摘要】:通过系列试验观察了虹吸管道安装高度为4 m及6 m时坡比及不同水头差下中行管路倾斜布置的虹吸管内的水气两相流动稳定虹吸时间的长短。通过试验研究发现,虹吸时间与水头差、安装高度及坡比均有关。虹吸时间随水头差及安装高度的增大而增大;在正、逆坡管路中,随着坡比的增大,管内伪空化现象逐渐减弱,稳定虹吸时间逐渐增大;坡比不变时,正坡管路虹吸时间均大于逆坡管路,各种工况下平坡管路的虹吸时间最短。
[Abstract]:The length of stable siphon time of two-phase flow in siphon pipe with slope ratio of 4 m and 6 m and siphon pipe inclined arrangement with different head difference is observed by series of tests. It is found that siphon time is related to water head difference, installation height and slope ratio. The siphon time increases with the increase of water head difference and installation height, and the pseudo-cavitation phenomenon weakens gradually and the stable siphon time increases with the increase of slope ratio. When the slope ratio is constant, the siphon time of the straight slope pipe is longer than that of the inverse slope pipe, and the siphon time of the flat slope pipe is the shortest under various working conditions.
