基于突变级数法的有机蔬菜认证风险评估系统

【摘要】:针对有机蔬菜生产环节认证完整性和有效性的不足,有机认证风险缺乏定量评价方法,依据突变级数理论和有机产品国家标准,结合有机蔬菜生产过程,识别有机蔬菜生产环节认证风险15个关键因子;提出有机蔬菜风险评估指标体系;构建基于突变级数法的有机蔬菜认证风险评估三层结构模型,将定性因子定量化,进行认证风险评估;并设计基于突变级数法的有机蔬菜认证风险评估系统。系统实际应用测试可知,构建的基于突变级数法的有机蔬菜认证风险评估模型能有效评估有机蔬菜认证风险,同时能较好地表现出认证风险关键影响因子。提高了有机蔬菜认证的完整性和有效性,可为企业有机蔬菜生产管理提供风险管控,为相关职能部门有机蔬菜生产认证风险监管提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of integrity and validity of organic vegetable certification, the risk of organic certification is lack of quantitative evaluation method, according to the theory of mutation grade and the national standard of organic products, combined with the organic vegetable production process. Identification of 15 key factors of certification risk in organic vegetable production; The risk assessment index system of organic vegetables is put forward. A three-layer structure model of organic vegetable certification risk assessment based on catastrophe series method is constructed. The qualitative factors are quantified and the certification risk assessment is carried out. And design the organic vegetable certification risk assessment system based on catastrophe series method. The risk assessment model of organic vegetable certification based on catastrophe progression method can effectively evaluate the risk of organic vegetable certification. At the same time, it can show the key factors of certification risk, improve the integrity and effectiveness of organic vegetable certification, and provide risk control for organic vegetable production management. To provide scientific basis for the supervision of organic vegetable production certification risk.
