复杂网络上疾病传播与信息传播若干问题研究

【摘要】:目前人们对信息传播的研究往往采用源于疾病传播的SIR模型、SIS模型或基于这些模型的变体,但是信息传播与疾病传播之间存在本质的区别:在信息传播中人的主观能动性起重要作用,且信息具有及时性、可靠性,除了传统的面对面交流外,主要通过在线链接传播;而在疾病传播中人们则完全是被动的,且病毒可以长时间保持活性,其传播方式通常需要身体接触或空气传播。我们的工作就是围绕信息传播和疾病传播展开。具体内容如下:(1)探究群落网络中的各群落连边密度及规模对群落网络中传播影响。结果表明在四个群落构成的群落网络中,当各群落网络规模一样并且传播源所在群落平均度一定而增大其它群落平均度时,各群落以及网络整体的传播规模都会增大;当各群落网络规模一样但平均度都互不相同时,随着选择的传播源所在群落的平均度越大,各群落以及网络整体传播规模增大;当各群落平均度一样但群落规模都不同时,随着选择的传播源所在群落的规模越大,网络整体传播规模增大,但传播源所在群落的传播规模会减小;在双群落网络中单次传播情况下,网络整体传播规模会出现单峰,双峰,三峰等不同的情况。(2)自2015年以来,“重要的事情说三遍”成为最热门的网络流行用语之一,我们研究的问题就是同样的一条信息重复三次对其传播的影响。结果表明信息重复传播三次确实能增大传播规模;考虑到人们对信息会遗忘的特点我们引入时间衰减强度参数,随着时间推移,相信信息概率会降低,这导致随着时间衰减强度的增大,信息传播规模会降低,并且我们发现当社会加强作用大的时候规则网络的传播规模下降更多,社会加强作用较小时随机网络的传播规模下降得更多;我们还考虑了信息发出的间隔时间长度对信息传播的影响,发现社会加强作用大的时候发出信息间隔时间加长对规则网络影响不大但对随机网络有一定的影响,当社会加强作用小的时候间隔时间加长会导致传播规模下降。(3)考察群落网络中集中与分散选取多传播源对信息传播的影响,鉴于前人的研究得出的结论选取多个传播源能增大信息传播规模,我们研究的是探究多个传播源选取方式不同对信息传播影响,我们发现无论是在随机网络还是规则网络中,分散选取传播源方式都比集中选取传播源方式的传播规模要大得多。
[Abstract]:At present, people often use SIR models derived from disease transmission, or variants based on these models, in the study of information transmission. But there is an essential difference between information transmission and disease transmission: the subjective initiative plays an important role in information communication, and the information is timely and reliable. In addition to traditional face-to-face communication, it is mainly transmitted through online links; And people are completely passive in disease transmission, and the virus stays alive for a long time. It usually involves physical contact or airborne transmission. Our job is to focus on information and disease transmission. The results show that in a network of four communities, When the network size of each community is the same and the average degree of the community where the transmission source is constant, the propagation scale of each community and the whole network will increase when the average degree of the community is constant, and when the network size of each community is the same but the average degree is different, The larger the average degree of the selected community, the larger the community and the network as a whole; when the average degree of each community is the same but the community size is different, the larger the community size is, the larger the community size is. The whole transmission scale of the network increases, but the propagation scale of the community where the source is located will decrease; in the case of a single transmission in the dual community network, the overall transmission scale of the network will appear single peak and double peak. Since 2015, "say important things three times" has become one of the most popular online phrases. The problem we are studying is the effect of the same information repetition three times on its propagation. The results show that the information repetition three times can really increase the propagation scale; considering the characteristic that people forget about information, we introduce the time attenuation intensity parameter. Over time, it is believed that the probability of information will decrease, which leads to a decrease in the scale of information dissemination as the intensity of attenuation increases over time, and we find that the scale of regular networks decreases even more when society becomes more powerful. We also consider the effect of the interval between messages on the spread of information. It is found that the extended interval between messages has little effect on the regular network but has a certain effect on the random network when the social strengthening effect is great. When the social strengthening effect is small, the longer the interval will lead to the decrease of the spread scale. (3) to investigate the influence of the concentration and dispersion of multiple sources of communication in the community network on the information dissemination. In view of the conclusion of previous studies that selecting multiple sources of communication can increase the scale of information dissemination, we study the influence of different ways of selecting multiple sources of communication on information dissemination. We find that whether in random or regular networks, The spread scale of decentralized selection of source is much larger than that of centralized selection of source.
