It also introduces the use of a stability calculating table for bulk carriers issued by Canadian Harbour Authorities.In the end it takes the stability calculation of a 25,000 ton bulk grain carrier as a concrete example for reference for those in charge of cargo work.

本文运用切片法和北大西洋风浪统计资料,估算了六组船舶的波浪弯矩。其中每一组都由三十艘同样长度的船组成,它们的线型特征与三十艘实船相同,这些船包括有干货船、散货船、油船和客船等。六组船的船长分别为100米、150米、200米、250米、300米和350米。通过分析船长和方形系数对波浪弯矩的影响,得出了一个类似“规范”所用的波浪弯矩简单计算式,可供船舶设计时参考。
