基于协方差矩阵检验的多元非参数控制图

【摘要】：本文基于协方差矩阵检验结合传统的指数移动平均控制图(Exponentially Weighted Moving Average,EWMA)方法提出了一种新的用于监测协方差矩阵变化的多元非参数控制图.该控制图方法只需少量的历史样本,具有分布自由、易于设计和实施等优点.我们将本文提出的方法与已有的多元指数加权移动协方差矩阵控制图方法(Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Covariance,MEWMC)作比较,通过数值模拟发现本文提出的控制图方法总体上要优于MEWMC控制图方法.最后,我们对白葡萄酒生产过程的真实数据应用本文提出的控制图来做实例分析.
[Abstract]:Based on the covariance matrix test and the traditional exponential Weighted Moving average EWMA method, a new multivariate nonparametric control chart for monitoring the variation of the covariance matrix is proposed. The control chart method requires only a small number of historical samples. The method proposed in this paper is compared with the existing multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving covariance matrix control chart (MEWMCs), which has the advantages of free distribution and easy design and implementation. Numerical simulation shows that the proposed control chart method is better than the MEWMC control chart method in general. Finally, we use the proposed control chart to analyze the real data of the white wine production process.
