【摘要】:本文主要分析在钙离子释放的fire-diffuse-fire(简称FDF)模型中泵驱动钙离子从细胞质基质回到内质网的影响,尤其考虑泵对行波行为的影响。我们首先建立FDF模型,并且引入一些本文所涉及到的参数符号。释放事件在行波中相继发生。对于行波而言,我们用系统参数的函数来构造行波的速度。在讨论衰减因子对FDF模型的影响之后,我们得出了有限衰减因子导致多个解的存在。接着我们对解分支的线性稳定性进行分析。衰减因子还可能会导致(单释放跳跃波)传播失败。我们讨论FDF模型的连续极限,并对其解的稳定性进行类似分析。同时,我们证明跳跃性行波不以恒定的轮廓传播,而行波脉冲可以以恒定的轮廓传播。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effects of pump driving calcium ions from the cytoplasmic matrix to the endoplasmic reticulum in the fire-diffuse-fire model released by calcium ions are analyzed, especially considering the effects of the pump on the traveling wave behavior. We first establish the FDF model. And some parameter symbols are introduced in this paper. Release events occur successively in traveling waves. For traveling waves, we use the function of system parameters to construct the velocity of traveling waves. After discussing the influence of attenuation factor on FDF model, We obtain that the finite attenuation factor leads to the existence of multiple solutions. Then we analyze the linear stability of the solution bifurcation. The attenuation factor may also cause the propagation failure. We discuss the continuous limit of the FDF model. At the same time, we prove that the hopping traveling wave does not propagate as a constant profile, and the traveling wave pulse can propagate in a constant profile.
