虚拟社区互动性对迭代创新绩效影响的实证研究

【摘要】:为了探索虚拟社区互动行为对新产品开发迭代创新绩效的影响,以小米MIUI社区为例,运用网络爬虫程序获取最近四年"产品发布"和"功能建议"板块的面板数据,采用Logistic和Poisson回归进行实证研究。研究结果表明,迭代创新绩效与用户的产品互动水平呈负相关,与用户的人际互动水平以及企业与用户互动水平呈正相关。这些发现启示企业,应该利用人际互动水平作为筛选依据,快速聚焦用户共性的需求,并加强企业与用户的互动。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the impact of virtual community interaction behavior on iterative innovation performance of new product development, taking Xiaomi MIUI community as an example, web crawler program was used to obtain panel data of "product release" and "function suggestion" in the last four years. Using Logistic and Poisson regression, the results show that the iterative innovation performance is negatively correlated with the level of product interaction, positively correlated with the level of interpersonal interaction of users and the level of interaction between enterprises and users. The level of interpersonal interaction should be used as the screening basis to quickly focus on the common needs of users and strengthen the interaction between enterprises and users.
