河北省基本公共服务质量测度研究

【摘要】：以河北省11个地级市为研究对象,选取集对分析模型对11地市的基本公共服务质量进行测评,以期为河北省推进基本公共服务均等化以及缩小与京津地区的公共服务差距等相关公共政策的制定提供参考依据.研究结论如下:基本公共服务属优的城市有石家庄、唐山和保定;属良的城市有邯郸和沧州;属中的城市有廊坊和张家口;属尚可的城市有承德、邢台和秦皇岛;属差的城市为衡水.
[Abstract]:Taking 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province as the research object, selecting the set pair analysis model to evaluate the basic public service quality of 11 cities. In order to promote the equalization of basic public services in Hebei Province and to narrow the gap between Beijing and Tianjin and other related public policies, the conclusions of the study are as follows: Shijiazhuang is the city with excellent basic public services. Tangshan and Baoding; good cities Handan and Cangzhou; belong to the city Langfang and Zhangjiakou; belong to the city of Chengde, Xingtai and Qinhuangdao; belong to the poor city of Hengshui.
