基于联合验算点和PNET法失效相关机械系统可靠性分析

【摘要】：针对JC法(一次二阶矩法)不适于求解高度非线性功能函数结构的可靠性问题。结合最大熵原理,在求解联合验算点的基础之上,对机械系统各失效模式功能函数进行线性转化,并进行了相关性分析。根据相关程度的大小,由概率网络估算技术(Probabilistic Network Estimation Technique,PNET)法的有关原则,找出系统主要失效模式,用主失效形式代替系统所有失效形式,给出了一种精确的可靠度分析的方法。最后结合算例,进一步验证了该方法的精确性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In this paper , based on the principle of maximum entropy , the function functions of failure modes of mechanical systems are transformed with the principle of maximum entropy , and the correlation analysis is carried out . According to the correlation degree , the main failure mode of the system is found out , and the method of accurate reliability analysis is given . Finally , the accuracy and feasibility of the method are further verified by combining the examples .
