感染HaDNV-1的棉铃虫种群竞争模型动力学分析

【摘要】:棉铃虫是一种棉花蕾铃期的大害虫,广泛分布于中国及世界各地,致使农业生产上遭受巨大的经济损失.近年发现的的HaDNV-1是一种与棉铃虫互利共生的浓核杆菌,感染此病毒的棉铃虫发育速度加快,繁殖能力加强,抗性提高.因此建立适当的数学模型分析棉铃虫的繁殖生长及传播的规律,有利于相关部门制定有效的防治方案.本文主要从捕食者,扩散及时滞三个方面,考虑其对棉铃虫规模的影响,全文的结构如下:第一章主要介绍了研究感染HaDNV-1棉铃虫竞争模型建立的背景,意义,研究现状以及与本文相关的基础知识等.第二章研究了带有捕食者的棉铃虫竞争模型.在该章中,主要从捕食者对棉铃虫的捕食是否具有偏好两方面来考虑,得到不同情形下种群的存亡情况.第三章研究了带有扩散的棉铃虫竞争模型.首先从HaDNV-1病毒及其他环境因素对棉铃虫具有潜在的危害来考虑,得到两种棉铃虫共存的条件;接着在此基础上,考虑扩散的影响,得到共存稳定的条件并得到感染型棉铃虫入侵成功的条件.第四章主要对带有扩散和时滞的两类棉铃虫竞争模型进行数值模拟,反映在不同参数情形下棉铃虫种群的发展趋势.
[Abstract]:Cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) is a major pest in the bud and boll stage of cotton, which is widely distributed in China and all over the world, resulting in huge economic losses in agricultural production. The HaDNV-1 found in recent years is a symbiotic symbiotic bacterium of Helicoverpa armigera. The cotton bollworm infected with the virus has a faster development rate, stronger reproductive ability and higher resistance. Therefore, the establishment of appropriate mathematical model to analyze the propagation and propagation of Helicoverpa armigera is beneficial to the establishment of effective control schemes. In this paper, the effects of predator, diffusion and delay on the scale of Helicoverpa armigera are considered. The structure of this paper is as follows: in Chapter 1, the background and significance of the establishment of a competition model for cotton bollworm infected with HaDNV-1 are introduced. Research status and basic knowledge related to this paper. In chapter 2, the competition model of cotton bollworm with predator is studied. In this chapter, the survival and death of the population under different conditions are obtained from two aspects: the predator's predation to cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) and the predation of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera). In chapter 3, the competition model of Helicoverpa armigera with diffusion is studied. Considering the potential harm to Helicoverpa armigera caused by HaDNV-1 virus and other environmental factors, the co-existence condition of two species of Helicoverpa armigera was obtained, and then the effect of diffusion was considered. The conditions of coexistence and stability were obtained, and the conditions for successful invasion of infected cotton bollworm were obtained. In chapter 4, two kinds of cotton bollworm competition models with diffusion and delay are numerically simulated, which reflect the development trend of cotton bollworm population under different parameters.
