基于统计学的分类算法研究及其在中医证型诊断中的应用

【摘要】:中医中药学作为我国的古老而传统的医药科学已有数千年的发展历史,源远流长。经过长久以来的理论研究和临床实践,中医中药已被证实无论是在治病上、在防病上,还是在养生上,都是确凿有效和可行的。历朝历代涌现出的医家通过各自不懈的努力和亲身实践,对中医药进行孜孜不倦的探索和研究,总结出了许多各具特点的中医疾病诊断和治疗理论。这些研究成果虽如同夜空的星辰般灿烂夺目,但却大多属于个人经验,理论分散,具有强烈的主观性,局限性,和不可复制性。无法系统化理论化的对其进行整体研究,同时,其深奥的理论也常常令不熟悉中医基础的人望而却步。进入了二十一世纪,随着现代科学各个学科的进步发展,数学和统计学不仅自身发展出各种理论及方法,更以飞速的步伐深入到几乎所有的研究领域,以数据分析这一方法,剖析现象背后的本质。因此,我们尝试着将中医学科中搜集到的资料以数字数据的方式呈现,并化归为可统计可分析的数据,采用现代数学统计学的方法进行数据分析。本文将探究用统计学中的分类算法研究中医疾病的证型分类,为这一古老的学科引入新的研究方法,探究其深刻的本质和内涵。
[Abstract]:As an ancient and traditional Chinese medicine science, TCM has been developed for thousands of years. After a long period of theoretical research and clinical practice, traditional Chinese medicine has been proved to be effective and feasible both in the treatment of disease, in disease prevention, and in health. Through their unremitting efforts and personal practice, the physicians who have emerged in successive dynasties have made tireless exploration and research on Chinese medicine, and have summed up many theories of diagnosis and treatment of TCM diseases with different characteristics. Although the results of these studies are as brilliant as the stars in the night sky, most of them belong to personal experience, with scattered theories, strong subjectivity, limitations, and non-replicability. At the same time, its profound theory often makes the people who are not familiar with the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine to be deterred. In the 21 century, with the development of various disciplines of modern science, mathematics and statistics not only developed various theories and methods themselves, but also went deep into almost all research fields at a rapid pace, using the method of data analysis. Analyze the nature behind the phenomenon. Therefore, we try to present the data collected in the subject of traditional Chinese medicine in the form of digital data, and turn them into statistically and analyzable data, and use the method of modern mathematical statistics to analyze the data. In this paper, the classification algorithm in statistics will be used to study the classification of TCM diseases, to introduce a new research method for this ancient subject, and to explore its profound essence and connotation.
